For example:
Ventalia's Average Income of Poor is 241,104.45 units of currency (whether dollars, pounds, whatever - it's irrelevant)
Ventalia's Public Education score is 12,935.75
241,104.45 / 12,935.75 = 18.64 hourly
Ain't nobody gonna work for 39K a year in a place where average salary expectations are 6 times that for their socio-economic class.

But Wizlandia has no minimum wage.

Your average income of the poor is 27,314.58 and your public education score is 1,846.58.
divide 27,314.58 by 1,846.58 and your minimum wage comes out to $14.79.
Absolute Exchange Rate: √(GRP Per Capita * EPR / 404,000,000) This is going to be the square root of (GRP per capita multiplied by the Economic Productivity Rating and then divided by 404,000,000).
GDP and GRP measure the same thing but on different scales.
Your nation's GDP Per Capita = $108,755.76
Your ERP = 50,000
108,755.76 x 50,000 = 5,437,788,018.433
5,437,788,018.433 / 404,000,000 = 13.46 (rounded up)
The square root of 13.46 = 3.66
Therefore one dollar from the Frontier Islands is equal to $3.66 USD.
14.79 Frontier Island Dollars = $54.13 per hour in USD.
Your EPR can be found on this table:
Economic Productivity Rating, Classification, & Unemployment score Scores: (Productivity / Classification / *Unemployment Score)
Frightening = 50,000 / 100 / +2
All-Consuming = 45,000 / 95 / +2.50
Powerhouse = 40,000 / 90 / +3.00
Thriving = 35,000 / 85 / +3.50
Very Strong = 30,000 / 80 / +4.00
Strong = 25,000 / 75 / +4.50
Good = 20,000 / 70 / +5.00
Fair = 15,000 / 65 / +6.00
Reasonable = 10,000 / 60 / +7.00
Developing = 5,000 / 55 / +8.00
Struggling = 3,000 / 50 / +9.00
Weak = 1,000 / 45 / +10.00
Fragile = 500 / 40 / +12.00
Basket Case = 250 / 35 / +14.00
Imploded = 100 / 30 / +16.00

Unfortunately, the only framework that can be used is NS Trends as NS Dossier is still offline. And abstaining from any measurement is not an option. NS Trends is what is available.
