How do you do it?: A small peaceful group of settlers, followed by a slow military expansion in the area. If powerful natives are found a full-scale invasion could happen.
Why do you want to colonize?: Natural resources and to expand sphere of influence/imperialism. We don't want our nation to miss out while our rivals snag colonies!
