Condemn Frenchy was a joke proposal, written by someone who has an SC resolution under their belt. It was literally all just a joke and was innocently removed before quorum. This proposal is somebody's actual creation that they believe is good enough to pass, and even if it isn't, those two proposals are wildly different and really not at all comparable
