Can Founders be WA Delegates

Hi, I am the founder of my region, and I have the most endorsements, can I be the WA Delegate?

Yes, it is entirely possible for the founder of a region to also be the WA Delegate. It doesn't matter what position that nation is, as long as they have the most endos they become the delegate no matter what. The founder of my region is also the delegate as well.

Yes, I think you just have to wait for the WA update to happen and then you will be WA delegate. Correct me if I’m wrong.
