Growth Value Fund Statement

Our shares are sold throughout the world, through our own brokers and the Indonesian Empire Stock Exchange. The value of our fund continues to increase thanks largely to the continued innovation of many nations throughout the world, providing numerous new profitable investment opportunities for us to provide for our clients.

Despite the world market continuing to be a volatile environment, due in part to wars, piracy, and other changes in geopolitical conditions, we continue to navigate a course which outpaces most investment opportunities available. The majority of the world economy however continues to progress, mainly due in part to expansion of market opportunities from healthy population growth and highly advanced research, some of which includes plasma rifles and expensive products which can only be vaguely described due to trade secrets. Military spending remains healthy and profitable as nations continue to pursue military solutions and colonies, and so armaments industries will maintain their viability. As we invest in the promising potential of the businesses throughout the world, we shall remain confident that our investment strategy and approach will remain superior to other investment institutions.

Our balance sheets have primarily improved due to the partnership with the Reserve Bank of Indonesia Imperial Financial group, who have have contributed a trillion dollars in capital to our investment enterprise, however net unrealized appreciation remains a major component.

As we look ahead to the next fiscal year, it will appear that employment, marketing, and military spending will continue their dramatic increases, driving the world economy forward by leaps and bounds. We will continue searching for the cream of the crop of businesses in the world economy. As always, we shall monitor events and future developments for profit opportunities for our clients while consolidating this with our long-term outlook to handle the challenging times ahead.

Growth Value Fund

The value of the growth value fund has given an annual 26.6% total return over the past fiscal year, due in part the excellent selection by our analysts in high-profit stocks, such as blue-chips, defence contractors, and other securities.

Several promising items of our portfolio include:
Fanni PAC bank: A strong profitable housing lending institution, currently possessing billions of dollars of assets on their balance sheets.
Renewable Energy Derivatives: Developed via the securitization of excess cash flow from renewable energy investments into nations with viable and profitable subsides in place.
Megasolvaware: We have provided several million dollars in start-up venture capital in this company, while a viable profit model has yet to be established, millions of users continue to use their products and services.

Notes to financial statements:

Accounting policies:
Security transactions are recorded by the fund as of the date of the trades are executed with brokers. Realized gains and losses from security transactions are determined based in the specific identified cost of the securities. Dividend income is recognized on the ex-dividend date and interest income is recognized on an accrual basis. Market discounts, premiums and original issue discounts of fixed-income securities are amortized daily over the life of the security.

Currency Translation:
Assets and liabilities, including investment securities, denominated in currencies other than Corporate Confederate Larwas are translated into CC Larwas at the exchange rates on the dates of such transactions. On the attached financial statements, the effects of exchange rate fluctuations on investment securities are included with the net realized gain or loss and net unrealized appreciation or depreciation on investments. The realized gain or loss and unrealized appreciation or depreciation resulting from all other transactions denominated in currencies other than CC Larwas are disclosed separately.

Valuation:
The fund's investments are reported at fair value defined by accounting principles generally available throughout the world. The fund generally determines it's net asset value as of 5:00 PM Novoburg time on days the Indonesian Empire Stock Exchange is open.

Risk Factors:
Investing in the fund potentially involves certain including, but not limited to:
Market Conditions: Prices of stocks and other securities held by the fund may decline due to market conditions and other factors, including those directly involving the issuers of securities held by the fund.
Foreign Investments: Securities of issuers domiciled outside the Corporate Confederacy or with significant operations outside the Corporate Confederacy may lose value due to unanticipated political, social, or economic developments in the country or region in which the issuer operates. These securities may also lose value due to changes in exchange rates as a result of currency market fluctuations. Those securities may be more volatile and/or less liquid than those in the Corporate Confederacy.

Distributions:
Distributions paid to shareholders are based on net investment income and net realized gains determined on a tax basis, which may differ from net investment income and net realized gains for financial reporting purposes. These differences are due primarily to the different treatment for items such as currency gains or losses; short-term capital gains and losses; capital losses related to sales of certain securities within 30 days of purchase; unrealized appreciation of certain investments in securities outside the Corporate Confederacy; cost of investments sold; income on certain investments; and net capital losses. The fiscal year in which amounts are distributed may differ from the year in which the net investment income and net realized gains are record by the fund for financial reporting purposes.

To The Pan-National Investment Fund Company,
From The Pen Of Imagawa Mitsunari, Prime Minister Of The Taishō Buke Shohatto Of Eastern Arcadia

Honoured sir,

Are we to assume, based from your description of your companies operations, that by investing a capital sum into your corporation you will proceed to invest it into assets to be sold later on, consequently producing profit of which we will gain in addition to being paid back our initial capital investment?

Or, rather, by buying your shares we are investing in your company and then benefiting over time from the interest/profit accrued from your investments until we choose to "cash in~" our stocks. Is this correct?

Regards,
Prime Minister Imagawa Mitsunari,

Unfortunately it appears that the Pan-National Investment Fund Company was a ponzi scheme. There are currently no assets to it's name, and quite a few shareholders have had their savings wiped out. Investigators are currently trying to discern the location of the individuals involved, but they have for all purposes, vanished into thin air.
