Go to regional administration and go to the 'Border Control' tab. There will be a eject and ban option there with a list of nations in your region.

Go to the "User control panel" at the top left > click "Profile" tab > "Edit signature". Note that there is an 8-line limit.

Please consult the FAQs (1, 2) before posting. You are rapid fire asking basic questions in separate threads and it's a bit spammy.

Merged all three threads.

I am not aware of any way to do this directly. However, if you know a fair bit of programming, you can use the API/Daily Dumps to generate a list of such nations yourself. Alternatively you can send them to WA Delegates (using "tag:delegates" as the recipient), who are usually either have embassy authority or know someone in their region who does. (This method obviously excludes very small regions without a delegate)

To actually send the telegrams, you can use the Store to buy "telegram stamps" with real money, and then send them to the required recipients; or you can use an API client, which is free but more complex. Normal manual telegrams are limited to 8 recipients.

Then the nation must be in another region; you can't ban them in that case unless they are mentioned in your "Regional Happenings".

Actually at the bottom of every nation page there is an option of banning but that specific nation doesn't have that.
