BBCode follows to the preview of a dispatch via url. Why??

So it basically goes like this:

I make a color BBcode

Code: Select all

([pre][color=#000000] Blah blah blah[/color][/pre])

a url to a dispatch is inside

The preview of that dispatch contains the color BBCode's effects! Why??

Changed your post so we could see the code, but I still don't understand the problem. Maybe link to the dispatch in question with an explanation of where you see the problem?

I think they're trying to say that doing

Code: Select all

[color=#COLOUR]LINK TO DISPATCH[/color]

makes the dispatch preview frame coloured. Like the end of this shows.

If it helps, I have occasionally noticed various other minor issues with dispatch previews where formatting overspills one way or the other. For instance here.

This is definitely something that happens. It appears that nesting a dispatch link in a formatting BBcode tag applies the formatting to the whole dispatch.
