Can someone design a coat of arms for my nation? I don't have a template in mind so it can be left up to the artist.

Here is some information about my nation to keep in mind when designing the coat of arms:

My national colours are #ffd200 (A sort of golden yellow) and #e4222a (A lightish red). These are the colours that appear on my flag. Some secondary colours that also have some influence in the nation are black, white, as well as to a much smaller extent blue (the secondary colours doesn't have to be in the coat of arms, but the flag colours I would strongly suggest).

My nation is a self-governing colony of the Order of Saint John, also known as the Knights Hospitaller of Malta (Symbolism of them would be important, namely usage of the Maltese Cross). My nation is very devout, with over 80% of the population being catholic, and while not officially it can sometimes appear to function like a theocracy. The nation is a capitalist constitutional democracy (not that important to the coat of arms), the national animal is a parrot, and our nation has a long history of piracy and seafaring, and is heavily related with the water, and piracy is heavily ingrained in the culture of the country (pirates are important to the nation but the coat of arms shouldn't be too intimidating). The skeleton on the flag may also be on the coat of arms, but isn't necessary.

Not all of these have to be used, these are just some sources of information to help. Thank you very much in advance I understand this is a lot of work.

Would someone be able to create a british-themed police emblem for the Iarann Grudaidhian police service?

I would prefer it to be similar to this logo, however, with no crown:

the logo in the middle should be the Iarann Grudaidh governmental emblem, seen below. (I added some finishing touches to it).

My request is an emblem similar to this one

I wish to have have the snowlions replaced with two Himalayan monal, the one under the sun should have horns and the one under the moon with a feminine mask, and the wheel replaced with this (Don't include the gray circle). The drapes should be purple with silver highlights and have my nation's motto on it. The sun and moon can remain.

The outer circle should have the gold change to black with the red crescent moon remaining the same but the smaller one change to white.

I couldn't get the horns and mask to work, but I gave you a male and female bird.

The only request I have is changing the pink to purple or magenta unless the pink was picked because it made the words eligible? Also can you remove the yellow dots around the circle where the pentagram is at? Maybe replace it with the pedals of a lotus (particularly from the Nymphaea family or Water Lillies)?
