More seriously though, many earthquakes could be prevented if all of those greedy oil companies stopped fracking, and many other types of natural disasters could be prevented if we just did something about climate change. Maybe that's what the OP was going for? Volcanoes are the only major natural disaster that I can think of that haven't been affected by human activity at all...
