UPDATE ON EMBASSY CLOSURE WITH SUNALAYA
The Republic of The League of Conservative Nations

As stated above in Quebecshire's post, The League of Conservative Nations decided to withdraw embassies with Sunalaya after unprompted hostility towards our diplomat, Washingtonian Republic. The initial reason given for their demand of vacating all LCN representatives was disagreement with our World Assembly Delegate's voting decisions. No clarification was provided for which specific WA resolution had prompted such a sudden demand.

Paleocacher, the LCN's Director of Foreign Affairs, contacted Lindenholt, Sunalay's WA delegate, for an explanation. Here is a screenshot of their correspondence:

Lindeholt's reason for demanding LCN diplomats to leave all Sunalaya affiliated venues was in order to further their election campaign. The Consulate and Department of Foreign Affairs regret that our long-standing embassy was taken advantage of for political campaigning. This recent revelation of the intent of the Sunalayan government further affirms that the LCN's embassy withdrawal is warranted.

These are confusing events that have unfolded but the blatant passive aggressive (arguably just plain aggressive) against our diplomat is the utmost show of the toxic nature I did not know existed in such a region. I would like to give a hand to the diplomat, Washingtonian Republic, for keep a high level of professionalism whilst being attacked by the server members and I hope this region can reconsider how they conduct themselves on the platform.

The uncivil and uncalled for presentation of aggression from Sunalaya is something I was not expecting, nor the opportunistic move by regional politicians to create an unnecessary rift between our two regions. I would be open to reestablishing ties if this situation manages to be cleared diplomatically.

My point was I am at least willing to give someone a second opportunity – but from current events as mentioned Sunalaya (and the opinion of the Consulate and Paleo) is on a spiral downward, the meme skit put on to create to an "public enemy" to win an election (as in directing aggression for political regional power) is a symptom of it. So my opinion from this point forward is to just ignore the region outright.

On another note, I would support foreign outreach in constructing new embassies to bolster our presence and build ties.

The League of Conservative Nations is revitalizing its Armed Forces (Armed Forces of the Republic or LCN) division of the Defense Administration of the Republic for a new era of function and inter-regional participation. Our plans for the Armed Forces include hopefully joining the Libcord Discord Server in the near future.

The LCNAF is committed to the ideals of defending and regional sovereignty and we hope to be able to use our resources and the available manpower that we are able to prepare to further these goals. We have spoken to First Warden Tim-Opolis of The Order of the Grey Wardens about restoring our presence in Libcord and have decided to begin allowing new entries into the LCNAF today.

The League of Conservative Nations conducted its first operation under revitalization at this last major update. Under the directive of the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization, the Armed Forces of the Republic organized an updating force of seven members on its first operation back in business, exceeding our previous hopes of five. We are hoping to maintain a consistent updating force of around five for available nights. We are grateful to have been a part of this operation and would like to especially thank Wischland for involving us in the operation to liberate The Embassy.

We are also happy to announce that all seven of the deployed operatives successfully accomplished the mission before the update finalized. Those who contributed under the LCNAF are listed by their main nations below,

The League of Conservative Nations rejoined Libcord on February 21st, bringing all of our active-duty Armed Forces of the Republic Members onto the server. At the major update of February 22nd, the LCNAF contributed to Libcord efforts to detag 17 regions alongside other Libcord participants.
