South Polynesia: Update

News of the existence of the South continental United States nation known as Stephaniesland has now truly reached Nuku'alofa, and Emperor Makani and her Gracious chieftess Malie Lea'ai. Released to the public's knowledge, South Polynesia has recieved a long range message from the previously unknown nation. We now know that the South Polynesian Exploration fleet has been left unharmed, and that Stephaniesland wishes to pursue diplomacy with our Islands.
More notably, they say that they have managed to return the Panama Canal to working condition, and that South Polynesia may use it's services in the future.

The colonisation of Tsamania has been long overdue. The councils of Aotearoa have green lighted settlement of the lands, with permission from Emperor Makani. They have been given the rights to use many commercial and military ships to settle what is being nicknamed the 'Third Island' of Aotearoa. We still have no idea if remnant Australians still survive on those lands, it would complicate procedure should they have a large presence.
The operation is most likely going to take years of work, hopefully it goes smoothly.

Celebrations have been held for the successes seen in the Pitcairn Islands. After the momentous task of building a port for the small island chain, immigration had been enforced by the Government, and only recently had the otherwise tiny village of Adamstown reached 1,000 inhabitants!

Work on restoring Richmond has been progressing rather quickly as Wolf Corps has been able to keep the bandits at bay. However, the Chancellor, cautious of the upcoming election, has announced that all of Virginia will be open for colonisation as soon as Wolf Corps has cleared the old state of any remaining bandits. Motorised troops are now scouring the Virginian wastelands looking for bandit camps and hideouts. This will be a lengthy mission but will be worth it if only to reclaim the old capital.

Why Peanut Waste

I want you to call me out when I'm mistaken. Edited per your request. Peanut waste can be used to make biodiesel, a natural oil substitute for power sources. Since Georgia is peanut central, Biodiesel would be a natural product for it to produce, too.

Another theme I'm pursuing that different nations would develop along different lines in this sort of world, too. Thus, while my nation is advanced in the things I've listed, but to make it advanced in all things would be God moding which is banned here, too. But my goal here is to trade with other nations to get computers and other advanced technologies by trading my nation's advanced technologies for the same, too.

Svenska-Britannia, the above is why I have not contacted your nation yet. It's not fair to all of you for me to suddenly start world wide trade. That's why I restricted myself voluntarily to no more than three trade missions at once, also.

I hope you understand this, our safety and national security cannot be compromised for your access.." He made his reply.

He then ended the record, and sending it back to the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

Charles and Grace sighed in frustration at this Polish-Lithuanian King's advances and requests.
