The Tetrarchy of Arkanyia multiplies the provocations against us, threatening our very existence as a nation, as a fulcrum of the coming World Revolution. If she were to win the victory over us in the upcoming war, it will mark the beginning of the darkest period in Aeropia Amenasiano history since the Winter War.
The Tetrarchy of Arkanyia will impose on us its corruption, its authoritarianism, its hatred of minorities and individual or collective freedoms, its rejection of pluralism, of science. It will destroy everything that constitutes the backbone of our nation: humanity, liberty, peace.
A new step forward is necessary. Time has come to take back the initiative. The right to self-defense no longer appears to us as a moral stance, but as an obligation, a question of survival. It is not only an obligation to prepare for the hell that is looming upon us. The noise of boots of the fascists hordes arming themselves all over Aeropia Amenasiano should convince the most hesitant.
We need to prepared ourselves. By any means necessary. To arm ourselves, to equip ourselves, to train ourselves in order to be able, when the time comes, to achieve victory. Such preparations, to reach victory, to put down the fascist capitalist beast, we cannot do it alone, without the help of our brothers and sisters, our comrades. Popular & Anti-Fascist Militias CommandOVERVIEWThe Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando (PAMK, Popular & Anti-Fascist Militias Command) is a multinational fighting force created in December 2020 to support the Sovjetunionen of Nanban-Ha and its allies in the incoming war with the Imperskaya Federativnaya Respublika of Chorussia, the dominant force of the Tetrarchy of Arkanyia. It is build as a combined arms force service branch of the Sovjetiska Väpnade Styrkona (Soviet Armed Forces). Its mission is to conduct expeditionary and shock operations through combined arms, implementing its own infantry, armor, artillery, engineer, aerial and special operations forces.The Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando is under the political leadership of the Revolutionära Fronten and several minorities parties from Nanban-Ha. It explain why the PAMK recognizes the political differences of its members as a defining element of its identity as a military force. To this end, the recruits will be distributed according to their political orientation, commanded by officers who share their political ideas and programmatic perspectives.The Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando only recruits volunteers from the left of the political spectrum (no possible exemption)Commitment to the PAMK is reserved for groups of individuals (without any gender discrimination) whose age is between 17 and 40 years (possible exemption)Recruits can sign up under their own identity or under a "declared identity", an assumed identity guaranteeing them anonymity. This measure aims to protect potential recruits from reprisals, especially if these volunteers can come from countries where their political affiliation is the subject of any form of repression.For what purpose are the Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando ? (OOC remarks)The Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando will be part of a future RP. I intend to start a full-scale military conflict between an Imperial Russia, supported by some equivalent of the United-States of America, in their Confederate variant, and a religious coalition of latin americans countries, on one side and on the other side a fictional scandinavian Soviet Union, Nanban-Ha, and its allies.
For now, the whole thing is limited to the preparations of the various protagonists, which will take time. The conflict will only break out when I think that everybody is prepared enough. Alliances have to be formed. Armies of foreign volunteers have to be raised. On both side.
The main reason is that I am interested a lot in the process that precedes the confrontation. Many RP about war, insurrections, uprising, state coup and so on, have a tendency to start when everything break loose. The idea is to keep the question of what will happen during the war, especially the detail of the military confrontation, for a later stage. I want to focus on everything that related to what is happening before a war start, from the political division and antagonisms between the different sides to the military preparations. It will most certainly facilitate the start then the development of the future RP
For now, we will work around around the following questions: How a powerful equivalent of the Soviet Union, if it was still existing today, would prepare itself for a full scale war against a wide coalition of states equivalent to NATO. And how will it play out if Nationstates nations get involved ?
Other elements or factors may come to extend the framework of the PAMK if necessary as it develops, but everybody know already what is at stake, right ?What we need, what you can do to support the Popular & Anti-Fascist Militias Command:Involvement will lead to antagonism with the Imperskaya Federativnaya Respublika Of Chorussia, the Confederation Of Lusatinia and the Federación de Advocatus del Cristo-Rey Of Mesoana. Once the war will start, every state or party involved on the side of the Populärt och Antifascistiskt Milisekommando will be then consider as enemy or non-neutral actors, depending on the size and form of their contribution.If you wish to provide volunteers, but are not really interested to be able to roleplay them, you can send an application to the Internationella Brigaderna (International Brigades) recruitment page !VOLUNTEERSThe Popular & Anti-Fascist Militias Command (PAMK) accepts in its ranks volunteers of any nationality, gender, religion, social origin or political affiliation. Volunteers can present themselves collectively, be organized or not as a military unit, represent the contingent of a friendly or allied nation.Volunteers organized into military units or Allied contingents will be equipped and trained by the Sovjetiska Väpnade Styrkona (Soviet Armed Forces) of the Sovjetunionen of Nanban-Ha. However, this rule will apply on a case-by-case basis. For example, a battalion of fully equipped and trained volunteers will not be completely reequipped or retrained.
Nevertheless, every unit will be fitted to Sovjetiska Väpnade Styrkona readiness standard. Some weaponry could be replaced or converted, the internal structure of the group could be modified to fit the chain of command of the Sovjetiska Väpnade Styrkona, especially regarding the quality and number of officers and ncos.
No major changes will intervene into the general leadership if there is any. But some military advisers will systematically be attached to each group of volunteers to help communication and maintain the chain of command efficiency to a satisfying level.
The level of training of each group or unit of volunteers will be assessed. Depending on each group, the training will be adapted to bring every unit to a standard level of readiness.In order to ensure to the voluntary groups a degree of preparation and combativeness satisfactory with regard to the standards of the armed forces of the Soviet Union, the contingents will be organized at the divisional level according to their political orientation and their languages.
