the price is very much reasonable. A modern launch system for anti-air missiles costs between 150,000 to 200,000 NSD, each missile is easily between 50,000 to 100,000 NSD. The MANPADS alone are 25% of the price tag. We're talking about sophisticated electronics here, not the "eyeball your target and pray"-weapons of yore. Likewise, the RPG-launchers are around 11,000 NSD per unit, each rocket-propelled grenade is around 300 USD, which would end in 350,000 NSD. Again, we're talking about weapon systems with advanced electronics and optics. You're paying for reliable weapon systems and ammunition that's guarantied to work; something the black market—which you are free to indulge in—can not guarantee.

The medical supplies and stimulants were tailoured to support your troop numbers, assuming our intel was correct. Again, we're talking about supplies you can rely upon to actually work as intended. Proper instructions, dosages, shelf-life, clean, sterilised, ready to use. I am not much of a fighting man, Herr Reed, but I am very much familiar with strategic, operational, and logistical operations involving large groups of people and requiring a high amount of cooperation. And I am quite certain that your people would appreciate proper medical equipment with approval and certification from the Prut Hanse, the Prut Armed Forces, and actual healthcare leaders and experts rather than whatever you could procure from the black market—which, again, you are free to utilise. I my opinion the morale boost is worth the price tag.

The chemical agents and launch platforms are likewise certified and come with manuals, protection equipment for your own combatants, and security measures. They will provide you with not only a non-lethal option, but also provide an important battlefield asset and advantage as well. If nothing else, utilising the agents would minimise non-combatant fatalities and collateral damage, and it would definitely lower the morale of your foes without jeopardising your support from the populace or your morale.

The rest would be transport costs, and I'm not so sure the black market can guarantee a quick air delivery.

We can reduce the offer just to the military hardware, i.e. the anti-air and anti-tank weaponry you explicitly requested, still deliver it via air drop. That would still be 1,600,000 NSD. It's on you to determine how necessary these ordnances are for your war effort.

As for the other medical supplies and/or chemical agents, you're free to specify the amount you are willing to pay and we'll supply you with merchandise worth that amount. If we have previously overestimated how much you would require, that's on us, and I apologise for that.
