Princess Nura’s Ascension to the Throne [IC/READ OP]

The tired and weakened Sultana Soraya Sadiq is handing power over to her sister, Princess Nura Khan. Tomorrow, Nura will be in control of the entire country. She is determined not to let either Insaanistan’s enemies nor their allies think for a second they can now directly or indirectly control the country. She would not go down in history as the Sultana who let the nation slip away, who let it fall and crumble. Rather, she thought, she would unify the state, and finally show the world what it truly capable. And most important on her mind was ending the war in Sharifistan as quickly as possible.
Her eyes, again, momentarily glowed red.
A new era for Insaanistan would soon begin.

OOC: So canonically Nura and the others should have met Nicholas Muller and they established some sort of bond as Nicholas is a wizard similar to Konrad.

IC: Nicholas and Laura departed from Carey Dowunda. It was the early winter and the temperature was a little nippy at about 13 degrees celsius. Nicholas had met Nura and offered to help in anyway. She could be a valuable asset to the coven. Several world leaders and their family members were part of the coven but Nicholas was the chancellor or the head of the coven. Nicholas decided to dress in solidarity with the Turks and Pashtuns. He wore a karakul hat worn in Shawlistan which had an ethnic group similar to the Pashtuns. He also wore instead of his usual black onyx ring and Poultrish (Turkish) blue onyx ring. He was also wearing a cloak with karakul lapels. He also kept his trusty snake head cane. With him. He also kept a letter from various monarchs from across Gaia congratulating her. The plane landed in Muslimbol and the limo took them to the palace. Nicholas and Laura arrived at the palace.

Dozens of Praetorian guards move in to secure the surrounding area will the three top nobles were coming into Insaanistan.

Preceding the arrival of the Langenian delegation were hundreds of guards from the SSB disembarking from military planes.

Guards met them and informed them that as the coronation was to take place the next day, they would have to spend the night at the Palace. They asked them if they needed or wanted anything or anyone.

“Would it be possible to meet Soraya and Nura?” Nicholas asked.

He called for a messenger to relay the request to Soraya.

The guard was genuinely taken aback. He had expected a follower of the Greek Myths, by a Muslim.

“Sorry, I thought I would help. It seems as though you are in quite the situation.” Nicholas said.

“Indeed,” Soraya said. She sat down.
“I don’t know how Mustafa did this before me. In any case, it will be Nura’s land this time tomorrow.”

“ I don’t know. I guess perhaps the powers within him allowed him to persevere. I know you did what you could. I believe it was just the chaos going on right now. I believe that Nura will do fine. She has power and it is strong. I see nothing but growth. In fact she or Konrad Dekker could possibly replace me as chancellor whenever it is time for the next election. Which is called when the coven calls for one. I believe she could become one of us. Anyway I wish her the best.”

OOC: You can also spell his name as Tai'ibah if you like. As that his Arabic Name. Crabaiaians have 2 names: Their Crabaiaian Name and their English name, however if one is a Catholic for example they have their Latin name, if they are Jewish, they have their own form of their name in Hebrew, and so on and so forth

Khalid Suleiman Muhammad Khan, Minister of Defence and heir to the throne of Sharifistan and decorated intelligence officer, is at the coronation of his wife Nura. So is his father (her father-in-law) Prince-Regent Suleiman Muhammad Khan.

[Hopal]

Vice Marshall James Lionel, Commander of the Forces in Sharifstan and Minister of Foreign Affairs Bob Doling arrived in Insaanistan. They had come to discuss the war in Sharifistan which was quite easily the most pressing issue in Hopalian politics at the moment. But they wanted to see how Nura would handle Sharifistan and what see thought about. For now though they wanted to stay neutral on domestic matters in Insaanistan. These points were articulated in the fact that Vice Marshall Lionel was wearing his military uniform as Commander of the Forces in Sharifistan and Doling was wearing a plain grey suit with a pin of the Hopalian flag.

[Silvedania]

The official diplomatic group of people from Silvedania arrive in Insaanistan. None of them have ever been to Insaanistan, so the Pryor siblings take time to sightsee. Meanwhile, the non-official delegation meet up on a connecting flight to Insaanistan.

[Langenia]

After lots of foreshadowing of the Langenians the A380 bearing the Langenian delegation arrives in Muslimbol, bearing Nicolas Furia, Julion Sanchez, and Diego Furia. Nicolas Furia does not look happy at having to return to Insaanistan...again, while Diego is happy that he can sightsee, which he does at the same time that the Pryor siblings are.

“Indeed,” Soraya said. She sat down.
“I don’t know how Mustafa did this before me. In any case, it will be Nura’s land this time tomorrow.”
