The main difference between Azania's two largest political parties, the African National Congress (ANC) and the Democratic Party (DP), is a matter of fiscal rather than social policy. Socially, both parties espouse a liberal platform which includes upholding LGBT+ rights, a pro-choice stand on abortion, maintaining the Azanian welfare state, separation of church and state, nonracialism, etc. Economically, the DP pursues more fiscally conservative policies slated towards balancing the budget, deregulating certain sectors of the economy, privatising certain State-Owned Companies (SOEs), and removing or reducing labour protections. The ANC follows more socialistic policies, such as strong labour protection laws, public ownership of public utilities, government regulation of the economy, the continued existence of SOEs as a tool to encourage competition and provide basic services, and universal single-payer healthcare.

But that distinction doesn't exist in practice, as commercial foreign travel has been outlawed for a long time. Almost all flights are operated for government or military purposes, and rarely ever leave Yerbanistan's airspace.

Andocara is culturally and economically integrated with the United States. As a result, most things found in America that don't exist elsewhere are also found in Andocara. Andocara may not get local American news, but it certainly gets most American media, ie CNN, Fox, American movies and TV shows etc. Most movies played in Andocarian cinema are American movies, it's extremly rare for an Andocarian film to reach a box office budget of even $1,000,000. Andocarians have the same taste in cars as Americans, as a result, the Andocarian automobile industry is linked with the U.S and creates Andocarian versions of the same exact models as the U.S (only difference is that the cars are right side steering). Unlike some other developed countries, American companies are dominant in Andocara, i.e Walmart, Applebee's, Burger King, American Express etc. Andocarians themselves have alot in common with Americans. Andocarian English has the same accent, vocabulary, and most spellings as General American English. Andocarians like the same sports as Americans, including but not limited to Baseball and American Football. They also like the same music (except they like Eurodance more than Americans do), eat the same foods, dress very similar, and are familiar with the same celebrities. They also have a very similar temperament to people from the Western United States. Even the first Andocarians, aside from Indigenous people, were once Americans. Outsiders often describe Andocara as "America with left handed traffic".

On our Country Levant range are the only 2 active Ski stations in Catarra. Levant range has the highest mountains in the island being the highest 2304m high. There were also ski stations in lower Tramuntana and Mistral range but they closed because of global warming as there is not enough snow to keep them working.

The ratings used by the BCM are as follows:
- E - Enfants (Children) - Media rated E is considered suitable for all audiences.
- A - Adolescents - Media rated A is considered suitable for ages 13 and older.
- M - Matures - Media rated M is considered suitable for ages 17 and older.
- RA - Réservé aux adultes (For Adults Only) - Media rated RA is considered suitable for ages 18 and older. This rating is reserved for specifically adult-content, such as pornography, only and is enforced by law.

Incidentally, the judge also ordered the book be thrown at the author of this post, for "recycling his own lame jokes." **Ow! That really does hurt!**
