On this day, the Vigilantes had declared Cyber War on Crabaiaia, snatching data from the government and selling the data to black market via the Dark Web.
The government in response shut down all servers of InterZ, the primary Internet Service between Zarnicovia Nova and Crabaiaia, however underground tunnels of data are still around. So it's now a game of Cat and Mouse, where the Vigilantes will try to relay information to rebels about military secrets meanwhile the military tries to shut down every last tunnel of data, the hackers may use to send info to the rebels.
However, don't think this won't affect YOUR nation.
The Vigilantes are now hacking the Primo Representative Election in Romextly in favor of the RPS. This could happen to your nation with extremist politicians.
