It is with regret that Pine Grove, and by extension, any company under the umbrella of Burgunden Diversified Industries, must sever their partnership with the NewLand Stock Exchange (To be referred to forthwith as NSE). The error lies completely with us in not doing our due diligence in assuring that the NSE would comply with international securities laws in limiting sales to unregistered clients. With unfair laws that favor the purchaser and victimize the companies that comprise their product, NSE has not done enough to safeguard all clients involved in transactions.

That is not to accuse NSE of completely contributing to the instability of the international stock market, as they have made strides in furthering it, but we do not feel that they do enough to secure the interests of corporate partners who entrust them with their blood, sweat and tears - the figurative building blocks that are the assets of a company.

Not only do we feel insecure, but we are possibly vulnerable to being legally prosecuted by our government due to our own nation's regulations regarding international securities exchange. Shares, whether they are large amounts or a single one, cannot be sold to an unregistered broker or unnamed purchasing client, as an official individual or entity must be reported and then registered to our shareholder's board. Luckily, the sale did not go through, so we should be safe from legal troubles.

We regretfully must inform you that we will be removing all shares from the Newland Stock Exchange immediately and revoking our partnership with the Exchange. We hope that at some point you will be able to reform your policies in order to benefit both purchasing and selling clients of transactions on your Exchange.
