So I am leaving in Dubai and I don't know much about the law and regulation because I am new in hare. So I want to buy one house and I don't know Real Estate Lawyers in Dubai. If anyone now pls help me.

Z mumbled something appreciative in her sleep as her head was placed on the pillow. However, as her plates were being cleaned, she sniffed the air, seeming to smell her sandwich moving away. and after a bit more sleeptalking woke up.

"Hmm?" She glanced back and forth. "Oh, here again." She seemed to think for a moment, perhaps remembering whatever events led to her hot chocolate coma. Looking around again she sadly saw very few patrons in the saloon, but such had been usual for a long time.

"Whoever built this strange place would probably be devastated to learn that it's so empty..." she said to no one in particular.

Vixen placed a pillow under her head. As he cleaned the glasses and plates.

'We'll drag this thing as much as we can also I must sacrifice people to get a damn ps5 also why the fucking hell do i want to D & D so much?'

For a second an individual splits for vixen "Don't even get me started on the Ps5. And D&D is always a fun time, it reminds me of the role playing when these threads first started and some had a story to them."

Maybe like a museum."

For a second an individual splits for vixen "Don't even get me started on the Ps5. And D&D is always a fun time, it reminds me of the role playing when these threads first started and some had a story to them."

'Ok I'll get you started on the ps6, I never d & d, I want to get don't yeah and then it got to many god complex characters. Tho technically some are literal gods or god like. I tried joining an RP about a partner and their dragon but it never happened. Also now I got to save money for Total Warhammer III and the new expansion for stellaris.'

Vixen made her another sandwich and asked her if she would like another drink before saying "Some tend to find their way back here frequently. And as for the one who built this place." Vixen shrugged "He wouldn't care that much, I mean it is a thread that was made to test the people, and lets just say that no matter how hard I tried, the result was not enough.so now this place functions as an extinct species of an older time and style. Maybe like a museum."

Z happily munched down on her sandwich. It was liverwurst or something, probably not a thing most people would touch.

"Well, I'm glad this place is still here. Even if it's empty most of the time, it's a good place to take a break and just relax a bit. I do wish I could get more people to stop by, though."

"Heh. Just as I say something about it, we get a fresh face in here. What's your name?"

But welcome newcomers are always welcome.

A gentleman that was occupying a booth looked up. He made a curious noise as he leans in. "Perhaps I'll give it a go. I may not be that good at cards but I'll have some fun."

The saloon's terminal emptiness is interrupted when Z, the kumiho who thinks she's a kitsune, staggers through the door. She seems to have gotten a bucket stuck on her foot, somehow. After finally managing to kick it off, she sidles up to the bar.

"I can't believe this place has been empty for a literal month..."

She dusts off a bit of the bar counter and a stool, but just as she's about to sit down she seems to get an idea. She (somewhat awkwardly) vaulted over to the other side of the bar and proceeded to dust off the whole length of it, before leaning on the counter and surveying the main room in front of her.

"Maybe if I'm here to serve people drinks, the place won't stay empty," she says, not really believing it but keeping up a smile.

Suddenly a shadow appears behind her"Ahh, so you wish to go down the route I have" Vixen sat on the bar counter and chuckles "I tried everything, first I started by bartending, I tried riling up the Raider tribes around us to try to make this place have more depth, I went out on ventures, I've let my shadows interact with people to give the place a nice shine, and tried to turn the place into a diner." He listed off as he pulls out a bag with a container, containing a sandwich, he proceeds to take the sub out of the container and eat. "This place is looked over by those that people don't quite get along with you see... And as for my friends who hung around they've even tried, became things they are not, gone on ventures. Some have come and shared nice arks with each other.

But my personal opinion im torn at the though that this place has faded so drastically- and I am uncertain if this is the start or the end.

It lacks character, it lacks story, it's a shell, a shadow of its former self." Vixen shook his head and sighed as he shrugs, offering her the other half of his sandwich "It's a hopeless effort, as I've had assistants in the past. But its always a great sight when I see an old or even a new face. And who knows, I could always use a hand around the place, after all mouffan doesn't do anything. Sometimes I question if the old bat is still alive."

"Well, if I can be of some help here now and again, I'd be glad to. Though it's like you say, I suppose. This place has lost whatever character it once had. That can happen to any place when people forget about it."

This place has always been a desert badlands filled with different factions of raiders. And if you ain't worried about the folk that roam around you should worry about the wildlife.
There's quite the variety of creatures here multiversal worms chewing into the existence, causing anomalies all around, who knows what you'll find out there. I recall a submarine not too far out there." Vixen nods as he explains the lore of the land.

"But, it's been a really long time since I've been around. A lot has change so im sure there's lots to explore."
