More so than Valkia The Bloody what I want most out of Warhammer 3 is Naval Combat to return. Make the Vampire Coast actually feel like pirates, and also fleet launched Skaven nukes... And bigger Ratling Guns

A Doomsphere is not a nuclear device, because nuclear devices have no place in proper fantasy wargaming. Skavens do not nuke targets. Any similarities with actual real world atomic weapons of mass destruction are entirely coincidental.

I have finished the first of my Fangmora Eelkin. This was certainly one of my riskier conversions, as I was not sure if it would work out - and I am not sure if it has! I gave a lot of thought to how I would convert them, and initially I was planning just to swap out the heads as I did with the thralls. However, I wanted them to be distinct, and could not find suitable heads to use. Then I had the idea that, being 'nobles', they were at a far further along stage of the process, and this was the (un)natural result.

Though it is a bit dark in terms of colour, maybe a few parts could be highlighted a bit more to attract the eye? Maybe some of the finns or parts of the armour.

I tried to blend from dark blue along the spine to pale green along the belly, meaning the brighter part is not particularly visible. Fortunately, I still have the other two to paint, so I can look into improvements like that for them. Danke

So I've just been thinking- why haven't the Tyranids evolved spiders yet?

Surely they must have eaten trillions of spiders by now, you'd think at least one norn queen would take note and use the design, tactics and abilities that these creatures confer. And we have hard proof that they exist in 40k, so it's not like they just aren't eating them.

Surely they must have eaten trillions of spiders by now, you'd think at least one norn queen would take note and use the design, tactics and abilities that these creatures confer. And we have hard proof that they exist in 40k, so it's not like they just aren't eating them.

I assume an 8 legged creature would be inefficient in a chaotic battlefield. Just more limbs to be injured.

A gigantic centipede Tyranid, however... good luck immobilizing such a monstrosity!
