I would like this flag with this eagle in the centre, the text replaced with "Sojedińeni štati Sabiske" and the flag in the middle replaced with the first link.

If any kind souls are out there, I humbly request a flag with the following details:
- Please keep the pattern on the blue portion of the flag at the left but instead please rotate it and move the pattern so it's at the top of the flag (it's this flag).

- For the rest of the flag, please have a light blue field around the colour #5FC9A7 (chosen from a random colour picker!) but perhaps less bright. In the centre of this field please have two yellow fleurs-de-lis.

can I get this flag colored the trees dark green the lower mountain orangish yellow and the top of the mountains purplish gray with 4 light red stars across the top and a gold/nature green 5th star in the center slightly larger than the red stars.

Gray is fine. I'm not sure, but the average is fine, I guess.
