In accordance with the Leyboristskaya Partiya Alyaski's policy or worldwide reconciliation, the Tsarstvo Alyaski national and
international relations bureau has green - lighted an embassy program, allowing foreign embassies to be built in the nation.

Tsarstvo Alyaski, or the Tsardom of Alaska in English is a nation that occupies the region of Alaska, East Yukon, the Aleuts and Wrangel Island. All of Alaska's large settlements are located in the south, with only one exception being Ferbenks in the centre of the country. These include Ankoridzh, the nation's commercial and governmental capital, Novyy Tsaritsyn, the historic, cultural and royal capital, Krepost' Aleksandrovich on St. Olga island (Known as Saint Lawrence Island to English speaking countries), Yupik Slti, the city with the largest concentration of native American Yupik people in the country, and Val'derts, a major naval shipping city in the east of the country, close to the border with Canada. As an Arctic country, Tsarstvo Alyaski will occasionally never experience temperatures above 0 degrees Celsius, especially in the winter months, when sub -30 degrees Celsius temperatures are common. |
Information on foreign embassy laws and guidelines
Currently, a foreign embassy is allowed to be located in one of two Tsarstvo Alyaski cities.
- Ankoridzh, the commercial and governmental capital: Building one's embassy in Ankoridzh will allow the building in question to be located
closer to the Tsarstvo Alyaski government. The city has prepared numerous plots within the city centre, so an embassy built here will be within
an urban environment, with many opportunities for entertainment, shopping and urban sightseeing.
- Novyy Tsaritsyn, the historic, cultural and royal capital: Building one's embassy in Novyy Tsaritsyn will allow the building in question to be
located closer to the Romanov royal family, who lives within their Kremlin in the city. Novyy Tsaritsyn has constructed a large avenue, with evergreen
trees growing in between the roads, where plots for foreign embassies have been set up. An embassy built within Novyy Tsaritsyn will offer a more
suburban, natural environment, where opportunities for natural sightseeing, Bering strait boat cruises, not to mention close proximity to the Romanov
Dynasty are present.
Embassies built within Tsarstvo Alyaski will be completely extra - territorial. In other words, when an embassy is built, it's plot of land will count as territory of the represented country, and not Tsarstvo Alyaski. The designated members that will work within the embassy will be given a special VISA card, allowing them to enter, exit and have special privileges within Tsarstvo Alyaski's territory.
As any embassy built within Tsarstvo Alyaski will be extra - territorial, the members of the embassy will be subject to any laws, written customs and other rules of the given country. However, if a member of the embassy commits a serious crime within Tsarstvo Alyaski's territories, the country who owns the embassy should be inclined to hand over said person to the Tsarstvo Alyaski authorities for judgement. Minor crimes committed in Tsarstvo Alyaski may be overlooked due to diplomatic immunity, but if repeated, the member in question is expected to be punished per the whims of the country assigned to the embassy.
Guidelines of equipment, accessories, personal memoirs and other items permitted for the embassy.
Most military vehicles are disqualified, not allowed to be brought to the embassy. This includes, but not limited to: Armed military aircraft (For example, a armed UH-1 Iroquois / HU-1 "Huey" will not be permitted, but could be accepted if any armaments are stripped from the vehicle beforehand), MBT's (Main Battle Tank), IFV's (Infantry Fighting Vehicle), APC's (Armored Personnel Carrier) and armed light military vehicles (E.G, a Humvee stripped of it's weapons may be permitted to be brought.)
Illegal drugs, such as crystal meth, cannabis and other hard substances are strictly forbidden to be brought, unless provided by a pharmaceutical agency, and the person in question medically needs such substances. Carbine rifles, Semi automatic rifles, Shotguns, sidearms, submachine guns and edged or blunt CQB weapons are permitted, but Assault, fully automatic rifles, Light Machine Guns, Heavy Machine Guns and explosives such as lethal grenades, missile/rocket launchers and grenade launchers are not permitted.
Note that Tsarstvo Alyaski weapons, such as the FP6 : AMD shotgun, or 'Khinzal' sidearm will be provided to personnel if the country setting up the embassy is unable to provide arms, for whatever reason.
