The Principality of Philu has been a Oligarchy of chiefs for a while. But after recent protests, a pro-democratic rebellion began. In counter to this, a chief with ambitions raised a right-wing army. Then chaos insued as colonies sued for nationalism.

No, as the helicopters are stealthy. Also, the drops were strategically placed so that the Dems could get them first, so whatever.

Technically my operative was RPed into getting into Romextley(In an RP that will not be named as I don't want my operative to be revealed). You have not RPed any person from Romextley getting to SIlvedania, so I would recommend doing that now.
