Tier: 5 - The structure of the atom is understood, powered flight is commonplace, and quantum mechanics is the subject of much investigation; however, fission has not yet been achieved and most computers are of the non-programmable electromechanical sort.
Level: 5 - Magic is considered just as much a science as, well, science; spellcasting is no longer a matter of a wizard waving his hands and chanting, but rather of a wizard toiling away in his laboratory to perfect a formula or theory that can be applied to practical magical pursuits. Given enough time to conduct research and experimentation, a mage can write a spell for just about anything his mind can conceive of; however, in practical terms, most mages cannot exert much magical influence beyond the immediate surroundings without significant effort and preparation.

Aldina as a nation in turn rules over an ever-changing number of vassal states, territories, protectorates, and suzerainties around the world. Special Notes about your civilization: Many of our inventions actually blend magic and technology to accomplish things which would be very impractical for either to do alone, such as the Stompers (magically-actuated bipedal armored vehicles), clockwork golems (golems driven by clockwork, allowing their animating spells to be much more sophisticated than traditional golems), and consecrated lead-silver alloy bullets (designed to pierce magical defenses and interfere with magically-enhanced creatures). In spite of the legal restrictions on when, where, and how mages are allowed to practice their craft, the study of magic has been of great benefit to the scientific community and to society at large.

Was formerly a corporatocracy, and the government was very corrupt. Had the ability to synthesize humanoid beings (a la Blade Runner) for general labour and other needs. The former territory of Yugobatania dissolved due to various wars and economic crises, forcing the nation to migrate to a small island far from the previous territory - the aforementioned technology is still retained, however.

The Visdym Sho'el are Almighty Archons, the Elkhesha is a Terrible Titan, while the Primordials are Cosmic Creators in this index's current magic scale.

Also, the Types 6, 4, and 11 accurately describes Skal Vinos due to their isolationist policy. The nation is in control of their homeworld, but nothing more than that. They are also branching off from their home universe of Laerad... but I don't want this nation to be considered too strong so 4 it is!

Aside from those, there's nothing that isn't covered in my factbooks.
