As the Crabaiaian Crisis has been resolved the Parliament of Crabaiaia puts Skits Gerald, twin sister of Interim Commander Fritz Milk in trial for tax fraud, currently the Parliament is in favor of punishing her with a 50 torture sessions and 5 years in probation.

OPENING DEBATE IN FAVOUR OF PUNISHING SKITS GERALD

Chanist Liberal Party MP #64 from the Capital Council stands up and is chosen by the pro-arrest coalition to represent them. She makes an opening remark with a little message to her party's supporters

"First of all, I would like to thank the Interim Commander for giving me this opportunity to speak on her behalf, and for the people of Crabaiaia for even voting for me to be here, I may have not been uh, very active in the politics and I might have stirred up controversy that I may in this for the money, but I am not, I love myself, I love my family, I love my wife (a same-sex marriage), I love this community, and I love this country. Skits Gerald, is a freelance artist who according to the Ministry of Internal Revenue Collection has avoided paying her taxes for the last 4 years and has even been reported by the Crabaiaian Authorities to make a secret negotiation with a Australasian Alternative Bank, (an alternative bank being a bank that doesn't follow conventional banking law). To deposit so much money that she doesn't even have to pay these taxes at all.

This is a violation of the Tax Reform Act of 2004, which explicitly states that investment in more than 75% of your income with an alternative bank is ILLEGAL

So therefore, because of this, we stand in favour of punishing Skits Gerald with 50 Torture sessions and 5 years of Financial Probation"
