The Imperial Piikalan state agrees with Dr Tanner and wants to see amendments made to ZN constitution to see that the CUSP will ensure that its members are upholding international to the best of their abilities. To not risk the image of the CUSP in the eyes of the world. I see may I suggest try what Piikala had done during the fifties to curtail a growing leftist movement in our northern China regions. Where we mandated a system where the people had to 'elect' members of each party so that there was a balance of power as the government was made up of a member of each different political faction who 'cooperated' together without annnyyyy military force at all... actually now that I think about it maybe that isn't the best example...

We have mobilized a division of marines. We hope they can quell the rebellion.
