Ah, I was wondering whether it was or not. So much easier to hide things without pesky shareholders poking their noses in.

Obviously. That would require him to publish accurate figures.

Obviously the solution is to put the trumpeteers who were shocked by the attack on the capitol in a position where they're forced to give up their guy or devise methods to minimize, ignore, or even justify the violence. They've already got support on that front since republican congressmen who oppose impeachment are sharpening their rhetorical knives which is. The goal should be to get the right to circle the wagons prevent any kind of fracturing that could hurt support for protests, rallies, and outright acts of terror.
I had serious concerns when Biden was peddling unity that 2021 wouldn't live up to to the chaos and disorder of it's predecessor but I think we're on the right track.

nah. They don’t need to do much. The friends and family of the true ‘murkins are turning them in. Just read an article about some gal on the Bumble dating site. She switched her profile to conservative and has been getting comments from guys who bragged about being in DC. She forwards their notes to the FBI.

Doesn't work. Fox tried, people dumped Fox and moved to OANN and Newsmax. Every source that contradicts their version of reality is by definition fake. If it used to be "non-fake", it means "they" got to them.

The rabbit hole is particularly deep. It's more a matter of trying to keep anyone else from falling in, really.

When Hillary lost, we knitted pink caps, marched peacefully and donated to Planned Parenthood.

When Trump lost, they built a gallows, stormed the Capitol and murdered a policeman.

I suppose we are all supposed to forget the part where they burned America and murdered (and attempted to murder) underage teenagers on more than one occasion as part of their "mostly peaceful" protests.

No the parties aren't the same, and we should recognize the right has massively raised the stakes in its actions in DC, but don't dishonestly scream "we didn't do anything".

Where was the violence, looting and murder at the 2017 inauguration protests? You know, what was actually being talked about there.

In short, put those goalposts back and accept that your BUT BOTH SIDES narrative is bunk.

Where was the violence, looting and murder at the 2017 inauguration protests? You know, what was actually being talked about there.

In short, put those goalposts back and accept that your BUT BOTH SIDES narrative is bunk.

Rather you gloss over the facts you don't like.

A casual google search came up with this.

https://www.cnn.com/2017/01/19/politics ... index.html

Six police officers were injured and 217 protesters arrested Friday after a morning of peaceful protests and coordinated disruptions of Donald Trump’s inauguration ceremony gave way to ugly street clashes in downtown Washington.

At least two DC police officers and one other person were taken to the hospital after run-ins with protesters, DC Fire Spokesman Vito Maggiolo told CNN. Acting DC Police Chief Peter Newsham said the officers’ injuries were considered minor and not life threatening.

Bursts of chaos erupted on 12th and K streets as black-clad “antifascist” protesters smashed storefronts and bus stops, hammered out the windows of a limousine and eventually launched rocks at a phalanx of police lined up in an eastbound crosswalk. Officers responded by launching smoke and flash-bang devices, which could be heard from blocks away, into the street to disperse the crowds.

“Pepper spray and other control devices were used to control the criminal actors and protect persons and property,” police said.

Anti-Trump protests also broke out Friday in US cities, including New York, Seattle, Dallas, Chicago and Portland, Oregon. Authorities in Seattle say one person was in critical condition at a hospital with a gunshot wound. Demonstrations also took place overseas in Hong Kong, Berlin and London.

In Washington, Newsham told CNN the several hundred demonstrators who actively confronted police were vastly outnumbered by the thousands of nonviolent protesters who swarmed the nation’s capital for Inauguration Day and Saturday’s Women’s March on Washington.

“We have been pointing out all along that this is a very isolated incident, and by and large, everything is going peacefully and a lot of folks have come to the city to enjoy this historic day, not only the Capitol but walking all around the city,” he said.

But many protesters, including permitted marchers, accused security personnel of denying them access to their planned routes.

Ashley Link, 37, made her way to Franklin Square after an ANSWER Coalition protest slated for the Navy Memorial on Pennsylvania Avenue, about a mile away, was effectively blocked by what many there described as onerous security restrictions. She expressed concern that isolated clashes with police would overshadow other messages on display, but sympathized with the rowdier elements in the street.

“I’m all about peaceful protesting, practicing nonviolence, but at the same time, I understand why people are so frustrated,” she said. “They are so upset about so many things in our country right now that to make a poster? There’s not a poster big enough to cover all the things that people are frustrated about.”

Hours earlier, Lysander Reid-Powell, a 20-year-old student from New Mexico, joined in a Black Lives Matter-led blockade of an entrance onto the National Mall.

“I think Donald Trump is a fascist, and it’s very easy for people, especially people who are in pain, to slip into fascism,” he said. “It’s easy for people to feel like the individual has no power and that you’re just one small little ant in the big hill, so ultimately all that matters is popular resistance.”

Again, not near the same level, but we see a pattern here of glossing things over when it suits your narrative

So where was the murder you claimed?

Also if we're going to talk about glossing over things when it suits your narrative:

In Washington, Newsham told CNN the several hundred demonstrators who actively confronted police were vastly outnumbered by the thousands of nonviolent protesters who swarmed the nation's capital for Inauguration Day and Saturday's Women's March on Washington.

Sorry if it upsets you to see a feminist movement depicted positively, but to equate this to an attempted insurrection and the actual murder of a police officer is so disingenuous it's not even funny.

Or maybe you are.

Honestly, the result is all the same.

Play your role.

I actually wasn't. It's in common usage in a lot of places and I didn't know the origin. I'll edit.

To see its use as common and not see its context says everything anyone needs to know.
"...I have been gravely disappointed with the white moderate. I have almost reached the regrettable conclusion that the Negro's great stumbling block in the stride toward freedom is not the White Citizen's Council-er or the Ku Klux Klanner, but the white moderate who is more devoted to "order" than to justice; who prefers a negative peace which is the absence of tension to a positive peace which is the presence of justice; who constantly says "I agree with you in the goal you seek, but I can't agree with your methods of direct action;" who paternalistically feels he can set the timetable for another man's freedom; who lives by the myth of time and who constantly advises the Negro to wait until a "more convenient season." -MLK Jr.

A casual google search came up with this.

Let's go back. This was your post:

No the parties aren't the same, and we should recognize the right has massively raised the stakes in its actions in DC, but don't dishonestly scream "we didn't do nuffin'".

Where was the violence, looting and murder at the 2017 inauguration protests? You know, what was actually being talked about there.

In short, put those goalposts back and accept that your BUT BOTH SIDES narrative is bunk.

We had violence and looting back in 2017. I do not know if the man shot in Seattle in the trump inauguration protests died, but that might be down luck.

Suffice to say, it wasn't all innocent little lambs that did nothing wrong back then either - there was also assault, arson, attempted murder (at least). It's a cascading pattern of violence for years now.
Venicilian: wow. Jesus hung around with everyone. boys, girls, rich, poor(mostly), sick, healthy, etc. in fact, i bet he even went up to gay people and tried to heal them so they would be straight.

New Kereptica: Since power is changed energy over time, an increase in power would mean, in this case, an increase in energy. As energy is equivalent to mass and the density of the government is static, the volume of the government must increase.
