Greetings to the International Community!

By congressional approval I have been permitted to open up an embassy exchange with all relevant nations. Due to the restrictions placed upon my department by ARTICLE IV - DIPLOMACY in the Constitution of the Confederate States I will be having a questionnaire for all applicants to fill out so we can properly approve or deny applicants according to Constitutional restrictions. It must be important to note that these restrictions do not hold personal opinion by the Confederacy or its Administration towards the People and/or Government of any other nation. We are a nation of laws, by such we must abide by them. I am sure you can respect this.

We have never attacked, annexed, or in general, went against another country for the likes of expanding our influence/territory/resources, etc. So, no.

We are not Imperialistic.

While we never attacked a country without due cause, we have re-built several who suffered from War, or a disaster, in some way or another.

Thank you for your application. The request for an embassy has been accepted, however the request for an Alliance will be placed under review. Until we have a proper time to investigate and watch your nations interaction with others we shall consider it a Non-Aggression Pact.
