Not part of the alliance but I'd like to make proposal
trans rights, require all citizens to cut off their gentiles and take hormone therapy at age 20, no exceptions

Preamble
LIBTARD in a state of minimal power, will need an enforcer of rules to balance the state of Anarchy in the Alliance and to build a trust between it's members.

Rules

1. Parliament Participation is NOT required, just for the keepsake of being Libertarian
2. Proposals can be simple for as long as the rules are clarified in their nature (in short, terribly written proposals are accepted just make sure the rules you proposed don't have any unintended contingencies)
3. Proposals will be enforced if there if more than 51% of the voters accept the proposal. If 50% of voters accept, the proposal must be modified until acceptance or vetoment is chosen.
