To avoid running the risk of me wasting my time again, is there anything specific you were looking for? Have you seen the other designers concepts yet?

I think I have a basic idea of what i'm doing with the provisionals now thank to Corn, but I could use help working with the communist flag. As of now I just have a bicolor horizontal flag with red and green, but I was trying to see how I could modify it to get a more Soviet feel with the right fringe of the flag being green with some sort of celtic embelishing to it

Right. Well I've already made these now so I may as well throw them into the mix, hopefully someone else can help you with exactly what you're looking for.
