I suggest revising your requests for some of the more popular cards. Not all organization requests were fulfilled if I ran out of a card or the card is not on NSC/Second Best Card Collector. Those will be matched later if I come across a copy.

Update 2: Organization requests fulfilled to some extent. Further requests from organizations will be placed lower on my priority list unless a new organization makes requests.

I will also edit this post after matching a few other personal requests. Certain ones get priority from me despite the OP because I made the rules and you really shouldn't complain when I'm giving away free cards
