Dear Reader,

We hope you've been good this year! If not, please expect a telegram delivery of 10,000 coal in your inbox Christmas morning. This year, the NationStates Christmas Charity Fundraiser, alongside the amazing regions who have chosen to participate, is raising money for the Trevor Project. Join us from December 11th - the 25th for various games and events hosted by the participating regions. There will also be livestreams by some of your favourite (maybe?) NSer's!

Thank you for each and every one of your donations, large and small, they will go directly to The Trevor Project to help provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention to LGBTQ+ young people.

For those of you that donate, we have this lovely thank you button that you may put in your factbook, forum signature or anywhere really.

Alas my bank balance is not much at the moment and INR to USD conversion is just sad, but this is still tbe best $5 I have spent due to NS!

Some words from Wym

Oh. My. Lord. $1000 dollars in a day. When I saw us reach that target at around 11AM UTC today, I was genuinely lost for words. The target has been raised to $1100 now, but I'm still flabberghasted we made it to $1k. I want to say thank you to everyone who has donated so far, every donation, from $5 to $200 has made a huge difference. Tommorrow at 9PM UTC, that's 4PM Eastern or 3PM Central for you Americans, we will be having our first centrally run livestream. With The Holy Principality of Saint Mark and Scardino as our lovely guests. Here's to $1100 and I hope you enjoy all of today's events!

$1k in a day?! How exciting! Hopefully we continue to see some good momentum- fingers crossed! It’s such a worthy cause, especially for a group of people who may experience additional difficulty during the holiday season- especially after a year like this.

Hello!

I'm here from the NSG zoom group, the only organisation here that for obvious reasons doesn't have a region. Unfortunately with the way we work, we're only able to host one event which is our quiz next Saturday; the zoom call starts at 8 pm UK time, the quiz at 9 PM in order to allow everyone to join.
We will post the zoom link in this thread for anybody who wishes to join at the time that the meeting is about to start. We're proud to be supporting such an important cause; hopefully the donation target is smashed again and again.
