Repeal "Liberate Confederation of Corrupt Dictators"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Description: Appreciating the reasoning behind SCR#263.

Concerned that various points outlined in the aforementioned resolution misrepresent the Confederation of Corrupt Dictators (herein “the Confederation”).

Frustrated at the implication the Confederation indoctrinates its nations; one need only sip at a glass of Monet & Chardon to know that it is the finest champagne of all NationStates.

Confirming that the Confederation’s founder – ‘viceroy’ would be a more appropriate term – is indeed of an executive nature, preferring tea to coffee and assisted by a commendable team of secretaries, undersecretaries, secretaries for those undersecretaries and undersecretaries for their secretaries, valets, chefs, drivers, gardeners, tennis partners and middle-aged yachters.

Admitting the Confederation holds embassies with other regions liberated by this Security Council; joyously recalling the last “They Gave Us a Badge!” extravaganza, in which nations of liberated regions came together to celebrate most innocently, participating in activities including but not limited to the consumption of coned ice cream and the petting of small marsupials (shrews, koalas, etc.).

Hoping, as SCR#263 did certainly strive, to discourage nations from openly using this Security Council as a weapon against regions that, quite evidently, do not deserve persecution.

Hereby repeals SCR#263: Liberate Confederation of Corrupt Dictators.

Condemn the Land of Kings and Emperors

Reaffirming its dedication to the dissemination of inter-regional peace and goodwill, and its right to condemn those who act consistently and unapologetically against this mission,

Rejecting the spurious notion that a region has some kind of perverse right to cause unjustified damage to others through acts of random aggression, and the dangerous ideal that selfish regional interests should take precedence over protecting inter-regional peace and doing what is right,

Asserting that the Land of Kings and Emperors ("the LKE") has historically acted as a belligerent state on the world stage, yet has so far escaped consequences through corrupting inter-regional politics, propagation of blatant lies, and boring everyone to death with catastrophically uninteresting text,

Enumerating the numerous acts of senseless harm the LKE has callously propagated without remorse, which includes:

Random invasion and acts of destruction against too many regions to comprehensively list, but which include Belgium, The True Rebirth, Middle Earth, Fidelia, Soviet Union, Argartha, Zhe Intranational Communist, Hogwarts, Scotland, The Soviet Bloc, Slavya, Ixnay, Canada, the Coalition of Catholic States, Eastern Europe, Region Inc, Equestria, Atheist Empire, Meridon, South Pacific, The Union, Liberty Alliance, Forest, Belgium again, Philippines, Asia, Latinoamerica, The International Kingdom, The Union of Red Nations, Westphalia, United Islands, and Iran.
Invasion, occupation, and eventual refounding of Slavia, which during this process was subjected to aggressive intimidation by LKE officials, in a common trend where the LKE has repeatedly used the threat of invasion to compel regions to act against their own interests.
Close collaboration with a number of disreputable regions whose only purpose for being is to invade and tear down others, and who have been widely ostracised for totally unacceptable conduct and severe violations of inter-regional expectations, examples including the notorious The Black Riders and DEN.
Continued acts of aggression against the Founderless Regions Alliance, a defensive organisation that sought to uphold inter-regional peace, including a series of minor tangential invasions which the LKE would use to dubiously claim some kind of victory in its ridiculous war.
Invasion of The Rejected Realms ("TRR") on a massive scale, during which the Emperor of the LKE would become Delegate of TRR, a fact they would arrogantly lord over the world for years to come.
Attempted manipulation of the region Osiris when it was under occupation by a rogue state, by dishonestly offering support to both sides and needlessly prolonging the conflict for its own benefit, which included leveraging its position to force Osiris to withdraw from the Pan-Sinker Security Pact and to sever all contact with the Founderless Regions Alliance, in what amounted to a blatant display of extortion.
Military support for the tyrannical Khanate government in its coup and occupation of Lazarus, and being noticeably absent from a coalition of peacekeepers from most prominent regions who sought to restore peace, further demonstrating the LKE's consistent agenda of destabilising regions and their populations.
Deliberate obstruction of honest efforts to rebuild the struggling community of The New Inquisition, lead by the criminally inclined Emperor of the LKE, who would personally drive many good leaders from the region and seal its decline, ultimately prefering to betray a community they had helped create instead of giving up control.
Forced assimilation of regions into the lethargic empire and/or personal trophy collection of the LKE, which include Ilum, Polis, Munster, The Imperial Legion, and Vienna.
Attempted invasion of the noble and tenacious region of Moldavia no less than four times, all of which were rebuked, much to the embarrassment of the LKE's surprisingly incompetent military forces.
Attempted blackmail of innocent regions through the Green-Black Concordat, where such regions could either contribute militarily to the LKE's campaigns against their interests or be considered valid targets themselves.
Engagement of recruitment practices that are considered against inter-regional expectations, and subsequently blaming these actions on a scapegoated individual when ultimately caught and punished.
Various other assorted affronts, such as having a garbage motto that is obnoxiously written everywhere in entirely capital letters, and publishing documents with broken amateurish formatting.

Denouncing the LKE for the above described extensive history of unkind, aggressive, destructive, and occasionally laughable conduct,

Hereby condemns the Land of Kings and Emperors.

Acknowledging the untold contributions of The Rejected Realms to the Alliance Defense Network (ADN) and later the Founderless Regions Alliance (FRA)—both influential defender organizations that engaged in combat with the various insidious raider forces of the world,

Thanking The Rejected Realms for their assistance and leadership of numerous missions to defend and liberate regions in distress, including but not limited to:

I. Japan, a region of tremendous historical importance whose culture and historical artifacts would have been obliterated during Ireland's invasion had the RRA not intervened,

II. The South Pacific, one of the largest regions in the world whose internally-launched coup by then-Delegate Milograd would have forever negatively altered the course of world history,

III. Hogwarts, another historical region of high cultural significance whose invasion would have decimated a significant number of historical artifacts and erased an entire culture,

IV. Lazarus, the oldest Sinker region in the world, whose "New Lazarene Order" takeover by the government of The Pacific, the New Pacific Order, would have annihilated the accomplishments of the plethora of nations that have resided in and currently reside in the region,

Applauding The Rejected Realms' role in the successful defense of 10000 Islands against the Empire of Power in 2003; by the end of this conflict the Ten Thousand Islands Treaty Organization (TITO) rose from the ashes of war and went on to become one of the greatest defender military organizations of all time, with over 3000 military victories against invader organizations,

Observing that The Rejected Realms' numerous interregional treaties have significantly bolstered international peace and unity, notable examples of which include:

I. The XYZ Treaty, which is a treaty between TRR, Mordor, and Renegade Islands Alliance that was ratified in 2014 and is intended to promote cohesion between, bolster existing military ties of, and strengthen the signatory defender regions,

II. The 2018 TRR-Forest Treaty of Harmony and Friendship, which is a treaty between TRR and Forest intended to promote cultural advancement between the two time-tested regions,

Amazed that Auralia and its subsidiary, Railana, have together authored an astounding twenty-three General Assembly resolutions, including, but not limited to:

Minimum Standard of Living Act, which compels member nations to provide a minimum standard of living to citizens thereof, a significant advance for the cause of social justice,
Convention on Internet Neutrality, which established the strong net neutrality protections that prevent corporate censorship of the internet,

Repeal "Internet Net Neutrality Act", which repealed a resolution that, on top of its hideous title, prohibited standard practices in the provision of internet service,
Repeal "The General Patent Charter", which repealed a far too vague resolution governing patent law,

Lauding Auralia's development of countless tools, such as NS AutoTelegram, a platform used to facilitate international communication, and NSLogin, a tool used to assist member nations in controlling their more rowdy subsidiaries,

Aware of how incredibly far from the Overgoat's caprine home planet he was, and the trials that he faced during the construction of Kyrusia, which in his mind would soon form a new world order while on this planet and eventually dominate the multiverse.

Disgusted that in a desperate attempt to further his own plots and establish Kyrusia as a world superpower, the Overgoat has expanded his sphere of influence across the world, specifically, to the Sinker region Osiris.

Shuddering at the numerous depravities the Overgoat has committed against Osiris and its inhabitants to accommodate his and the nation of Kyrusia's goals and ambitions, including, but not limited to:

Kyrusia's fervent attempts to brainwash and control Osiris in their former position of Sub-Vizier of Propaganda under three Pharaohs via carefully-constructed banners, badges, and posters to justify war crimes and other acts of aggression against non-Osirans,

Celebrating Mikeswill's 'crystal anniversary'; that is, its 15th year as World Assembly Delegate of NationStates.

Lauding Mikeswill for its exceptional dedication to the rigorous administration of NationStates' government, with NationStates itself acknowledged as a region of sizeable and cultural significance.

Appreciating Mikeswill's daily "Today's Featured Nation" announcement on NationStates' Regional Message Board (duly noted in SCR#55), a practise Mikeswill has continued consistently for the greater half of eight years.

Not at all ignorant to the controversies surrounding Mikeswill; addressing those controversies now:

Rebuking the concern that Mikeswill was previously commended by this Security Council in SCR#55 but that commendation was repealed by SCR#72:
- SCR#72 reads more as an attack against Mikeswill. It had the audacity to label Mikeswill's extended World Assembly Delegacy as "somewhat impressive" and called into question the nation's dedication. Nearly seven years later, Mikeswill has undoubtedly shattered the - effectively - jealous rhetoric of SCR#72.
- SCR#55 commended Mikeswill for six years of service as NationStates' World Assembly Delegate. The nation's tenure in that position has now more than doubled and reached fifteen years. Needless, then, is it to alert this Security Council to the most misjudged slanders levelled against Mikeswill in SCR#72.
Also aware that Mikeswill stands in proud defiance of this Security Council and has spoken critically of it on numerous occasions; believing this Security Council should honour Mikeswill anyway, as:
- the nation boasts a World Assembly Delegacy of unprecedented, and arguably untouchable, length;
- this Security Council is itself capable of drawing distinction between action and attitude; and
- this Security Council has honoured nations for far lesser feats (with this being a general, objective fact, perchance disputed by only the most cantankerous of ambassadors).
Finally, understanding relationships between Mikeswill and various raiding and defending organisations to be fractured; again, reminding this Security Council that it has a duty to commemorate outstanding accomplishments free of prejudice.

Thus, in a time marred by friction and depopulation, declaring Mikeswill an unfaltering bastion of hope and commitment to nations all across NationStates.

Repeal "Condemn the Black Hawks"

Description: THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

ADAMANT that every resolution it passes should act as an accessible guide to the historical and present context and actions of its subject, combining a certain level of detail supported by empirical evidence with prompts for further research by world leaders into the subject's nature;

CONCERNED that the target resolution's cult status as a "symbolic Condemnation of invasion" arises from the poor choice of terms it uses to describe The Black Hawks (TBH) - any organised group of raiders, not just TBH, can be described as "aggressive," unpoliced and overly ban-happy - and in spite of its flagrant inferiority to SC#217, a thorough criticism of the Black Hawks' innumerable horrors;

BEMUSED at SC#52's claims that TBH threatened "the functioning and survival of the Security Council" at the time by fuelling "a cooling effect on free speech and... democracy," which the authoring delegation has admitted is a blanket reference to TBH's general raiding activity, as expanded upon by SC#217;

NOTING, however, that this "cooling effect" could also be implied to include the mere targeting of regions whose WA Delegates supported SC#52, when - regardless of whether this "targeting" ever occurred, and by the admission of some notable Black Hawks of the era - TBH did not invade any region simply because of its stance on the target resolution;

OBSERVING that the Black Hawks of 2011 specialised in small-scale tag raiding (at the time, TBH's record tag run was a mere 16 regions), where only cosmetic changes are applied and natives are seldom banned; while certainly upsetting to regional communities, the practice is often non-destructive and has negligible potential to destroy the SC's innately democratic nature;

RECOGNISING that The Black Hawks' failed self-Commendation of March 2011 alluded to in SC#52 was drafted by Soaring Tikal, an active but minor Black Hawk (later a Lieutenant in TBH and, as Tikal Wolf, the Khan of Lone Wolves United) which had not been told to prepare the draft by their superiors; the hypothesis of an actual "conspiracy" amongst Black Hawks to Commend themselves must be rejected in lieu of any evidence beyond what has been stated here; and

HOPING to dissociate itself from a resolution so lacklustre - and even fictitious at times - that it regularly loses sight of The Black Hawks' true nature in favour of unqualified rhetoric:

Noting that Norrlands is the largest nation on the planet of Yadah by a significant margin, and a prominent member of the UDPS, a powerful alliance consisting primarily of radical leftist nations bent on spreading their influence throughout NationStates,

Disturbed by the Norrlands weaponization of disease and development of horrific and potent biological weapons by the Norrgeri military in the form of the Devein Plague and other similar viruses and bacterial plagues,

Appalled by the abhorrent actions of the Norrlands which time and time again violate the sacrosanct laws upheld by the World Assembly, them being:

An unprovoked nuclear strike on the capital city of the Rajatari Empire causing the deaths of over eight million innocents, leading to a devastating global war that still rages with no end in sight.
The attempted robbery of multiple territories throughout the world, including, but not limited to the Midway Islands of the Ephilossian Ocean from a nation they were at peace with.
Repeated emphasized violation of international airspace during peacetime, meant either to provoke conflict or disrupt international peace.
The oppression of their own people through the abolition of private property, the prohibition of private industry, and the denial of the citizens with non-dictatorial alternatives on the ballot.
Giving nuclear weapons in excess of 20 megatons to the Unionised Commune - pushing them to launch 14 of said warheads on enemies, killing over 150 million innocents towards the end of the Second Great War of Yadah.
Carrying out unprovoked nuclear strikes on the small island state of Criume on the revelation they would leave their sphere of influence for the opposing allied states equivalent.
Unfair occupation of neutral neighbouring nations with the expressed purpose of getting an advantage towards an enemy - specifically the Salt Flats, through their claimed “protection” of a neutral nation from a nation they had no qualms with, yet was on bad terms with Norrlands

Distressed by the Norgerri Military’s war crimes highlighted through their frequent use of tactical nukes in their various campaigns against the few nations brave enough to resist their hegemony.

Believing that the actions of Norrlands detailed above surpass the bar of condemnable action and are therefore worthy to be addressed by the World Assembly in the form of a Condemnation.

Acknowledging the past and present major roles that Apulita has played in the Warzones throughout their career, such as:

Acted as Governor of the Dominion of Warzone Europe and later as member of the Internal Ministry following their Longest Delegacy.
Served as Duke and participated to the draft of the Constitution of an independent government in Warzone Europe following the end of the Dominion, as well as Grand Duke of the Realm of Warzone Europe subsequently to an election when the regional community became independent again in late 2019 and finally serving as President of the Union of Warzone Europe the following year.
Oversaw the negotiations and invitations of Warzone governments that led to the draft of the Constitution and foundation of the Warzone Federation.

Observing a previously unseen stability in these unstable and unique regions under the Longest Delegacy of Apulita.

Repeal "Condemn Vandoosa"

A resolution to repeal a previously passed resolution

Description: THE SECURITY COUNCIL:

DISPUTING SC#188's lamentation that "the high efficiency of Cimmeria... could have been avoided without the presence of Vandoosa," when such advances were in fact largely the result of an illegal [resolution=SC#227]imported[/resolution] superweapon called "Predator" that was predominantly deployed by self-proclaimed "Witch-Queen of Cimmeria" Cora II;

RECOGNISING that Vandoosa (along with the regions of Cimmeria and DEN) had previously used Predator while serving in DEN, although on a much smaller scale compared to many other nations; as a result, the governments of all three entities were permanently disbanded by force just 100 days after the passage of the target resolution, while the administration of Cora II was convicted of war crimes so heinous that its members are now permanently barred from taking public office in any other country;

ADAMANT that the restoration of Vandoosa's government under the much more diligent banner of Vando0sa, and likewise the relocation of Glorious Nations of Iwaku to [region=The Glorious Nations of Iwaku], does not appear to have had a great impact on recruitment and activity levels for the latter region;

AWARE that Vando0sa, the founder of The Glorious Nations of Iwaku, is not currently sullied with a Condemnation, and resultantly struggling to see how would-be immigrants into said region could possibly be deterred by the continued application of SC#188;

DISMAYED at the target resolution's failure to explain why many of the raids carried out by Vandoosa that it recalls (such as the annihilation of Territory of Finland, in which Glorious Nations of Iwaku was a minor participant) are at all significant or noteworthy beyond being carried out by a raider; in particular, citing the relatively small number of 522 tag raids over three months that Vandoosa took part in with the Cimmerian Merc Unit;

NOTING that the author of SC#188, during a debate on Wallenburg's failed attempt to repeal it in March 2016, asserted that it was "poorly written;" and citing some of its innumerable mistakes as:

arguing that Vandoosa had ousted "the rightful rulers of in well over five hundred regions" (which is not only a SPaG error but also a factual misstatement: Vandoosa had only actually displaced around 350 WA Delegates with Cimmeria at the time) and decrying their mistreatment of "native[s] of invaded regions region;"
misspelling "record" as "ecord," before mysteriously claiming that Vandoosa had worked to "reinstate the organisation" of The Black Riders under the aegis of Black Riders (in fact, it was Cora II that essentially rebranded Cimmeria as Black Riders in early December 2015, contradicting Vandoosa's statement mere weeks earlier that "TBR is DEN now!");
claiming that residents of Vandoosa's native region were horrified by "their founders evildoings;"
wrongly referring to the region of Alternative History World as "Alternative World History;" and
inserting at least eleven unnecessary commas (and a phantom linebreak in the second clause) ad hoc; and

[resolution=SC#161]REAFFIRMING[/resolution] its belief that any resolution which exaggerates the achievements of its nominee as grossly as SC#188 does - as even the government of Vando0sa itself has publicly admitted - should be nullified:

Condemn Ravana

Understanding that there was much miscommunication and misunderstanding which took a role in the start of the conflict,

Disturbed that ravana's WA delegate, Nopengie, reacted with undue hostility and aggression towards the proposed merger, when aggression was unwarranted and a simple no thank you would have been accepted instead of threats,

Sickened by the sheer volume of misinformation and propaganda used against Lasagna to further ravana's military goal,

Saddened that while Lasagna tried to work for peace, ravana twisted messages by Lasagnaian citizen nations like, Can No Rey thinks Lasagna may need a military action, to sound as if Lasagna started the war, and declared war on Lasagna when peace was close at hand,

Disgusted that ravana raided and occupied a region, that was liberated by the LAF (Lasagna Armed Forces) only days before and was almost stabilized, then made the battle sound like a great victory, even though ravana attacked at midnight and no nations were able to mobilize and to counter the attack, then destabilized the region more by banning the few natives left and claiming the region as ravana's,

Shocked by the amount of violence expressed at Lasagna when it was not needed,

Horrified by the raids conducted by ravana under the pretense of "war" that really involved raiding defenseless regions, such as the Council of Regions and disrupting nations trying to unite regions and make the world a better and more organized place,

Noting that nations like Victoria Pond tried to disrupt peace talks and destabilize communications further when peace was close at hand,

Shocked that nations like Victoria Pond suppressed Lasagna's diplomats in an effort to make the diplomats stop peace talks and continue the war,

Admitting that Lasagna played a part in furthering the war but realizing Lasagna's part pales in comparison to ravana's,

Further noting that Lasagna was in the middle of working to stabilize several regions but that ravana's deceleration of war has caused many regions that needed Lasagna's help have received none because of Lasagna having to defend itself,

Angered by the amount of taunts and mockery used by ravana to hurt Lasagna and incite Lasagna to strike first, which would make Lasagna the perpetrator and ravana the victim instead of the current situation,

Impressed by the numerous resolutions passed by Christian Democrats' ambassadors through direct authorship, and co-authorship, in both chambers of the World Assembly, which amounts to 13 resolutions: 12 in the General Assembly, and 1 in the Security Council; these resolutions have covered varying and momentous topics, and include: GA#213 which protects the right to privacy with some exceptions for criminal activity and other minor situations; bans on non-consensual marriages and marital rape in GA#160 and GA#231 respectively; GA#285 that provided member-states with the prerogative to decide upon the legality of euthanasia, and banned forced euthanasia; GA#310 which gave the franchise to people with disabilities; GA#233 which banned businesses from taking life insurance on their workers and subsequently profit over their deaths; and several others,

Recognising that Christian Democrats is the current and longest-serving delegate of Catholic, with 1260 consecutive days and over 2200 total days in that office; furthermore, during its reign as delegate, the region reached an all-time high membership record of 123 nations, and has enjoyed a long period of stability and security during this era, Christian Democrats also served as the High Councillor of the region from 2012 to 2013,

Applauding Christian Democrats' involvement in the liberation and subsequent refounding of Catholic, which included the authorship of SC#82 Repeal "Liberate Catholic"; the refounding of the region ensured that the region will be safe from raiders, and it succeeded in doing so as there were no raids of Catholic thereafter,

Observing that Christian Democrats served many positions in other regions, these include:

Officer of Internal Affairs, Officer of Culture, Officer of WA Affairs, Officer of Media, Speaker of the Assembly, and Citizenship Councillor, in The Rejected Realms, herein referred to as TRR, under the alias James ii; during its time in TRR, Christian Democrats was active in the regional legislature known as The Assembly, was responsible for writing the regional newspaper during 2015, and was one of the most remarkable and prominent members of the region at the time;
TRR's Representative to The Founderless Regions Alliance from 2013 to 2016, an alliance that was one of the largest defending organisations in history, it also served as Speaker of the Assembly from 2015 to 2016, and as Deputy Speaker of the Assembly from 2014 to 2015; it served as Speaker and Representative until the Alliance went defunct;

Noting the several issues of national importance that have been brought to leaders by Christian Democrats which are:

Electile Dysfunction, which dealt with different methods of electing a national legislature, such as proportional representation, first-past-the-post, ranked-choice voting, sortition, and plutocracy;
Foetal Furore, which addressed the issue of protests on abortion outside of abortion clinics, and allowed nations to ban protests outside of abortion clinics, allow them, ban abortion entirely, or ban the pro-life movement;
Bicameral Backlash, which highlighted the benefits and disadvantages of a bicameral legislature;
Clerical Errors, an issue that gave nations the option to allow women to serve as members of the clergy, ban them from doing so, or keep the government out of such matter;

Acknowledging that Christian Democrats maintained a comprehensive list of every known issue brought forth to the attention of national leaders for a period of approximately 14 months before it decided to pass the task to Drasnia,

Awed by the hundreds of debates that the World Assembly delegation of Christian Democrats participated in, which helped improve and refine numerous proposals and resolutions, and has certainly left its mark in the General Assembly,

Believing that a nation with as many accomplishments as Christian Democrats is certainly deserving of the honour of having a Security Council Commend bestowed upon it,

Hereby Commends Christian Democrats.

Condemn Mikeswill

Aware of the sixteen-year long, iron-grip control, that the leader of Mikeswill holds over the region NationStates, an oddly-named region which paradoxically shares a name with the multiversal plane that all known nations exist on,

Acknowledging that, during this sixteen-year reign, the leader of Mikeswill has led multiple countries - one of which, Mikes Hope, was leveled to the ground due to godly wrath, likely as a result of the leader's maleficence,

Deploring the illusion that is used by the leader of Mikeswill in order to make NationStates appear to be more democratic than it actually is, through the use of satellite states under their control - a decision that is used to avoid criticism, exemplifying their tyrannical rule over the region,

Disgusted by the public, daily display of oftentimes sensitive information of nations within NationStates, ultimately showing that the despotic ruler of Mikeswill cannot be trusted, even by those who are said to be under their protection,

Denouncing the artificial inflation of regional population during the apocalypses of the undead, ultimately and intentionally leading to more suffering in the world during these times, solely for the international praise that may come from "curing" the damned,

Scorning Mikeswill's utter, relentless disdain towards this prestigious body, voting against nearly all proposals put forth before it - a belief that is so vile, annoyingly repetitive, and prominent that it ultimately caused the regional descriptor of "Anti-Security Council" to be made available by the international community,

Further decrying the fact that Mikeswill's hatred towards this most august assembly spreads beyond their own borders, seeing as the leader of Mikeswill has chosen to banish all nations who vote for any proposal to liberate a region, one of the most important and discernible functions of this chamber,

Noting that Mikeswill is the figurehead of the nation of The Highlander 1, notorious for their friendship and support of infamous raider regions, which has effectively resulted in a shield protecting NationStates from invasion, all while other innocent regions continue to be subjected to destruction at the delight of Mikeswill, completely contrary to the “Friends With All; Aligned With None” mantra of NationStates,

Impressed by Mikeswill’s artwork galleries, which exceed nearly all other nations in magnitude, yet saddened to realize the tactics employed in order to acquire these collections, which include:

Abusing power and position to coax innocent nations into selling art well below their presumed value,
Contributing to massive value crashes of well-known artwork through participation in the process of counterfeiting for personal gain,
Using preexisting artwork collections to produce more favorable deals on the market,
Monopolizing hard to find artworks appraised as ‘legendary’ by critics, artificially increasing scarcity and price,
Attempting to hide artwork via their satellite nation of The Highlander 1,

Concluding that, amid the nations who have made a career out of wreaking international havoc and ruthlessly ruling under the guise of peace and love, Mikeswill prevails as among the most prolific and tenured,

Repeal "Commend Evil Wolf"

Recognising Evil Wolf's efforts in combatting the spread of Nazism and Fascism,

Acknowledging, however, that Evil Wolf is a nation notorious for raiding and initiating coups,

Deploring Evil Wolf's more recent involvement in Lazarus, a region that it was commended for helping, in which Evil Wolf, other members of Lone Wolves United, and their allies, Aleister and Funkadelia, committed the following crimes:

Ejecting numerous native nations without a fair trial;
Establishing an autocratic regime led by its proxy Killer Kitty;
Making several changes, such as declaring Lazarus a "Khanate" and flying a flag derived from the colours and symbols of Lone Wolves United, followed thereafter by changing the World Factbook Entry to include the phrase "the Dictatorship of the Raider"; and
Appointing regional officers from the Condemned raiding region Lone Wolves United,

Decrying the actions of Evil Wolf that preceded and helped facilitate the aforementioned coup in Lazarus, which include allowing for the smuggling of foreign voters as part of a scheme to undermine the democratic process and lying to natives about preventing a coup from happening as part of the propaganda used to legitimise their coup,

Appalled by the contradiction arising from commending a nation that is the founder of a region condemned by this body in Security Council Resolution #74, Lone Wolves United: a region infamous for its coups in Feeders and Sinkers and which continues to raid and wreak havoc in undefended regions,

Observing that whilst the actions taken by Evil Wolf to destroy Nazi Europe were noble and greatly cherished by the NationStates community, they do not justify a commendation on their own as the invasion of Nazi Europe was merely another griefing activity to add to its list, as indicated by several leaked telegrams between the leaders of Evil Wolf and German Dragons, in which Evil Wolf's leaders admit that the attack on Nazi Europe was nothing more than an opportunity to raid and was not ideologically motivated,

Further observing that the target resolution contains factual inaccuracies, such as a mention of Killer Kitty having been delegate of Lazarus in 2006-2007 for two terms, which is incorrect, as Killer Kitty served its first term in 2005 and its second in 2006, and never served as delegate in 2007,

Recalling that the previous commendations of A Mean Old Man and Sedgistan had been repealed after the former's involvement in a coup of Lazarus and the latter's lead of a coup in The South Pacific,

Dismayed by the actions of the commended nation in actively seeking to discredit attempts to warn natives of a coup in The East Pacific as 'lies' from 'conspiracy theorists', and the detrimental impact this had on attempts to prevent the crimes that were subsequently done, and

Discerning that the actions of the nation Evil Wolf, when considered, are not befitting of a commendation;

Thus, the World Assembly Security Council repeals Security Council Resolution #169, Commend Evil Wolf.

Recognizing that the nation of Altino, founded four years ago, has made many exceptional contributions worthy of commendation by this council, through their work to develop regional communities and leaders, as well as to build inter-regional camaraderie;

Observing Altino’s work in connecting regional leaders and founders by hosting and inviting them to “NationStates Leaders”, which they have constantly striven to improve, where nations can discuss and debate the principles of regional leadership, access resources to improve regional government, share leadership techniques, and learn from experienced nations' wisdom;

Acknowledging Altino's service to the region of Karma, in the following capacities, among others:

as the region’s founder, thanks to their steady hand, it has grown into a vibrant and prosperous community, achieved partially through the unique “enlightenment” process that all nations must undergo to serve in senior government positions and to vote in the regional legislature;
as Editor of “the Augury” - the region’s newspaper, through which they ensured the nations of Karma were kept well informed and up to date about regional events;
and as a member of the Council of Sages, where they assisted their fellow sages in guiding the region on matters ranging from legislation to the appointment of new members of government, thus ensuring that it was governed competently and fairly;

Lauding Altino’s efforts to foster inter-regional relations helping, in various roles, to forge treaties between Karma and Caer Sidi, Anteria, and The West Pacific, all of which cultivated strong relationships and broadened Karma’s diplomatic reach;

Honouring Altino’s service to The West Pacific as Commander of The West Pacific Armed Forces for 5 months from October 2017 to February 2018, which under their leadership:

authored articles for “The West Pacifican”, the regional newspaper, detailing the Armed Forces’ work and helping to improve regional understanding of the Armed Forces’ efforts;
trained several talented officers and future Commanders, including Overthinkers - the current commander of The West Pacific Armed Forces;

Praising Altino’s work in Osiris, as both its longest serving Pharaoh and as Chief Vizier, where they ushered in a new philosophy of government, leading to the emergence of a new generation of Osiran leaders, with their principles serving as the region’s guiding philosophy to this day, alongside transforming the region’s sense of community, and increasing activity and governmental participation to a level that, due to their stellar leadership, became both unprecedented and sustainable;
