Dear Madam,

Three days ago, on 21st of August, my ministry has been provided with the task of assisting the Sloverti rescue services in searching the two missing mountain climbers that went missing in the Srebrogora mountains. Knowing the acuity and seriousness of the situation, I have alerted all rescue services in the Srebrogora Voivodeship through NIESS (Nikolian Integrated Emergency Services System) to immediately dispatch all available assets to the area and participate in the rescue.

This morning, I have been informed from my colleagues from the Mountain Rescue Service that their rangers have successfully located the two mountain climbers roughly 1.3 kilometers northwest from borderstone GC651 on the Nikolian side of the Srebrogora mountains. The two Sloverti citizens were then airlifted to the Grade 1 Trauma Centre of the Złotów Clinical Centre in critical condition where they are currently being stabilised. We will be open to provide transportation means to return them to Slovertia as soon as their medical condition allows for it, about which you will be timely notified.

Let this incident serve as a lesson to both of the countries to better develop infrastructure and educate young people on importance of safe mountain climbing techniques, for which I would like to personally invite you to be my guest on a working visit to Carigrad to talk about the ways we can prevent similar incidents in the future.
