My nation got deleted for flaming I know that was wrong
I would like my region founder to be changed to the Kingdom of Lebanons region name South Lebanon ex founder name the kingdom of Lebanon

This topic is more suited to moderation, I think. However, even if you do post there, they almost certainly won't change the founder, your region got raided, sorry, If you didn't want your founder to get DEAT then don't do things that will get you DEAT.

Mods don't change founders of regions. Nor do admins. Deletion of your nation was a punishment for your rule-breaking, and you have to accept the consequences of that.
