It's called a forced labor camp, use it.
Former Frozen commie hole somewhere in Antarctica. Now rebranded as an slightly less frozen and less commie hole somewhere in the South Atlantic, we out-navy the Russian Navy (This is less of a brag now. Isn't it?).

We have never thought of that Comrade. For your wise ideas we offer an alliance and friendship between our nations, as well as trade and a peace treaty

You can exile them to places like this, or set up camps. Or we can send secret police to train yours in crushing dissent and making them disappear. This is for all communist, globalist, activists, and pro-democracy dissidents, protestants, criminals, and rebels. Now, for other religions and races, leave them alone, don't start a genocide, unless they are fervently anti-catholic.

Genocide is big no. That's why we fought Germany in WW2.

29, adopted by the ILO General Conference, Geneva, 28 June 1930, Articles 1 and 2. Article 6 of the 1945 IMT Charter (Nuremberg) provides that “deportation to slave labor or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory” is a war crime.

It’s no war crime. Anyways it’s better than being rejected by society and staying homeless. Now not only do they have a job, but they are made useful. Plus we will have inspections to insure that there are high standards in the mines and factories
