How exactly do people "[not] rely on nature" and why will this proposal reverse that? Why do we need Article 1 when all GA proposals have a title already? Does Article 4 require the imposition of fuel duty in all member states? Are member nations obliged to remove their head of government from office if she expresses priorities other than "Removal of any damage and harm to any landscapes/seascapes?"

Perhaps most importantly, how does this manage to somehow be even less coherent than Tourism Law?

As stated there, people tend to cut trees, even harm animals to make something that will contribute to modern development, I am not saying that modern development should be illegal, but I am saying that it should lessen the use of natural resources. The government can express other priorities but, if there are sudden harm/damage, "Removal of any damage and harm to any landscapes/seascapes?" shall be one of them. Just for example, there has been cutting of forest trees without proper permission, the forest is now bald, the government shall think of a solution that will restore the forest. (for example, making a program that will encourage the youth to plant trees and recycle).

Tourism Law more focuses on giving education about stopping overtourism. This proposal focuses on taking action to protect the environment
