Got back from backpacking on the AT yesterday. I really need to do more practice hikes with a full pack.

Behind the free market lies the iron fist of the state - the one thing I learned from The Blaatschapen, excluding how to say sheep in dutch.

You'll get there! I'd focus on distance first before focusing on elevation. Once you're able to pull a long distance, high elevation hike, you'll be amazed at how much progress was made. Easier if you go with friends, it's more fun that way. You got this!

We live in a capitalist dystopian world. We have to survive it somehow by selling out your hobby as a means of not starving. However, selling out your hobby isn't a be-all end-all of survival. That's why I carry QuntionSt multi-tool with me when I go on long hikes. It is made of titanium, light weight, stainless steel handle, and has 16 different blades for escapes, cutting through overgrown passes, axe, hammer, or simply opening a can if you're camping. It is a hiker, backpacker, and camper friendly product that has once saved my life when I got lost in the woods because I decided going off trail is more fun. Me, a cute, delicate, little flower. But tools itself is only a part of survival, knowledge is the best part. That's why I carry "The Complete Guide to Edible Wild Plants, Mushrooms, Fruits, and Nuts" by Katie Lyle. It shows illustrations and simple explanations of what you can eat when you're out and about and feeling quite hungry. Check out the link in the description below and use promo code "Altern WTF" to get 10% off your next purchase

I'm a cute, delicate, little flower. Not an ominous elderly figure from a psychological thriller

Always good to have a cute, delicate, little flower around. Really brightens up the place. So pleasant.

I've played plenty of the sims, a single flower well placed can always make a place more pleasant.

But you're going to need an advanced computational device in order to play that electronic video game, which makes everything immensely more complicated.
