Second, we would like help providing additional ways to use slightly damaged cheese wheels or other surplus cheese, and producing new cheese products. We are very fond of a cheese known as "Velveeta", which can be made from surplus milk or cheese wheels. It's benefits include: low cost, long shelf life, decreased saturated fat content, high meltability, and reasonably solid taste. However, "Velveeta" has a very cheedar like taste, and typically can only be made certain ways.

Third, we would like a way to effectively increase the value of our massive imported milk supplies, by being able to make a valuable and effective cheese, which will increase the value of the milk in question. We have considered making a spicy cheese, aging the cheese, and other methods. Our thoughts are a semi-luxery cheese, that can sold to raise elevated profits, which can then be used to fund more humanitarian causes or provide more funding to our home goverments.
