Wait, since when is Coruscant "Space England"? British accents have always been tied to Sith and their various empires, never to one planet.

that's the meta view.
in universe, the British accent is supposed to be Coruscanti.

Coruscanti accent—as exemplified by Obi-Wan Kenobi, Palpatine, and Dooku. Most inhabitants of the Core Worlds, such as Mon Mothma, also spoke in this manner, whereas those from farther reaches did not, such as Padmé Amidala (Naboo) and Luke Skywalker (Tatooine). In several instances, though, both Amidala and Organa spoke with a slight Coruscanti inflection when speaking to Nute Gunray and Wilhuff Tarkin, respectively. It was suggested that this was their "court" voice to adopt an imperious air or bluff, since they lost this accent when in casual or stressed situations.
High Coruscanti—a more refined style of the Coruscanti accent. It was very posh and clipped and conveyed a sense of upper-class sensibility, sometimes described as sneering and using more pretentious words (sheen, emerald, and ruby instead of shine, green, and red). The accent may also be faked to sound more important much like Dannl Faytonni

Which one? They were both good, I prefer the 2003 series myself. I think TCW may be a bit overrated, but still solid.

Unfortunately no. Ameri hates it even though I'm pretty sure he's only seen the first two seasons.

I, personally, love it.

How do you figure? "Animated Clone Wars series" can refer to either, though personally I wouldn't call the cartoon a "series" as it wasn't that long.

I prefer the TOR take on it where you can tell an Imp from others by their British accent. Like how Aric Jorgan notices Elara Dorne's accent and points out the only people he's heard "talk like that" were Imperials, or how the Imperial Agent has to disguise their voice while undercover. Making it "Coruscanti" is odd to me because the three characters it listed weren't even from Coruscant. Obi-wan was from Stewjon, Dooku was from Serenno, and Palpatine was from Naboo. I don't know about the first two but the Naboo don't talk like that. I suppose you could argue that Palpatine "picked it up" from his time Senator of Naboo, but I find that doubtful personally. I don't think he was on Coruscant long enough for that and he clearly wasn't faking it. Dooku and Obi-wan were Jedi and most Jedi don't speak like that so it's clear they don't interact much with the rest of Coruscant and there's also the fact that we did in fact hear a few Coruscanti people speak in the movies and those few that did very clearly did not speak with any kind of British accent.

So... nah. I, personally, reject that notion that it's a "Coruscanti" because in every media absolutely no one from or living on Coruscant speaks like that. I like the idea that it's a Sith import, personally. It could at least be argued that in history it was 'imparted' onto other planets and cultures by the Sith Empire, hence why Master Jedi and even the Supreme Chancellor have the accent.

Related sidenote: unlike in the movies where the only British accent you can hear is English, TOR has characters speaking with clear Scottish and Irish and possibly Welsh accents, which is neat. Some even have cockney English accents. Also, the Mandos are split between American and New Zealand accents which is also nice as it continues the trend of Mandos with New Zealand accents that KOTOR started (Canderus being the exception) which was a nice homage to Temuera Morrison but also the addition of American accents establishes that Mandos aren't all the same and can come from any race, ethnicity, or species - which is awesome.

I’d say it was more Anakin already had a tendency to the Dark Side, due to childhood experiences as a slave and fearing for his mother, but also had a knack for getting force visions. But because of his predisposition for darkness, he only saw the worst futures. That’s how I’ve always thought of it anyways. Palpatine just sensed it because he was always on the lookout for darkness in Anakin since he was “the chosen one.”

Force visions come from the Force itself, not individual Force-users. Even the most powerful Force-users can't manipulate the Force on such a scale as to give people fake or real visions.

It's also important to recognize that in spite of the claims of certain absolutists, like the Voss Mystics, that Force visions show possible futures; not definite ones. The outcome can and will change depending on the vision's receiver's actions under certain circumstances. Otherwise the event will play out exactly how it did in the vision.

As for Palpatine, I think it was clear he knew something was troubling Anakin. Perhaps it's possible that he even knew Anakin and Padme were married and put 2 and 2 together.

To be fair, we know that Sidious has given Mara Jade and Luke Skywalker post RotJ "nightmares" and "visions" from across the galaxy.

"Mara watched in helpless fascination as the battle raged across the throne room floor. It was like a twisted inversion of that last horrifying vision the Emperor had given her at the instant of his destruction nearly six years ago." - The Lost Command.

Interesting, I admit I don't know much about the Expanded Universe I know Mara Jade, The Yuuzhan Vong and Thrawn were a thing in the EU. But beyond that I never read any of the books or comics.

Mara Jade is one of my faves. Sad that Disney decided to wipe away some of the better written female characters ( EU Ventress, the Exile from KOTOR II, Kreia, Mara Jade, and many more ) in fiction so they could make one's like Rey.
