Nový Litkov, Hangate of Mokov
The usually busy streets of Nový Litkov lay silent. Children did not play, cars did not run, even the dogs did not bark. Everyone and everything in Mokov knew that today was a day of mourning. Not mourning the death of a person, but of a nation. October 16 was the anniversary of the Invasion of Mokov, back in the year 1308, by the Khas-Kirati Empire. For over six hundred years, the people of Mokov toiled under the Kirati boot, the Bhujels Tribe ruling with an iron fist. But this year, there was something else in the air besides sadness. Anger. Anger filled the air, and under the streets, a group of freedom fighters prepared to fire the first shots of a Revolution.
