It's been a bipartisan tactic since the US was founded and it's existed long before them. The point is, it's not their medicine.

The difference is there is an argument to be made that winning an election without the popular votes does make one less legitimate, in a moral sense.
Here, your side is just being petty for the sake of it.

Depends on the meaning of 'anything', will they be successful in uncovering fraud? Of course not. Will they continue to undermine faith in the election among supporters, I guess so. Does it delay the transition and put America at risk. Sure.
It's quite amazing to see a party wilfully weaken the US based on zero evidence.

No. The states will drag their heels until the 21st, at which point Biden will replace barr, and it will disappear, along with the investigation into his sons activities, the justice departments admission of misconduct /r the investigations of trump officials, and the federal prosecutions of rioters.

I do remember in the '08 election one of his supporters came up to him saying how Obama was a muslim commie, and he gently chided her and said 'No ma'am, that's not actually true'.
That would never happen in today's environment.

Such is the danger of riding a personality cult for votes I guess.
It's mildly amusing that some of the Trumpists list why six of the SCOTUS have been wronged by Biden, and this is their chance to get revenge on him. They have very little faith in their SCOTUS if they think a personal score would make them decide a case against the law.

It doesn't delay the transition. The new president doesn't have to wait for the old one to concede. The term ends December 21st regardless, and that's specifically so there is time to hash all this stuff out.

Anyway, the Democrats blocked nothing, they didn't have the Senate. The Supreme Court blocked more than the Democrats in overturning EOs.

I don't know, Brett Kavanaugh told the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee, "What goes around comes around." Clarence Thomas has been sulking about the "high tech lynching" Biden visited on him during his confirmation hearings. So, who knows?

I love the man, but his foreign policy proposals of the past are wank.
