How can we theme the region like this?

I found that some regions are having special Color themes such as the texts for that specific region is of that Color. Like Christmas, which is having red theme and Democritus which has a orange theme. Is this a bug or a feature which is hidden like a Easter egg?

ITs a bug, not a feature. It only occurs in regions that have dispatches in their WFE
