regarding the Maritime Security Force project, the idea that we came up with is:

- The formation of a joint defense in which all member states participate under the banner of the highest ranking officer in the navy, for a particular country that we choose, I nominate Countesia or The United States of Ibica
- All members capable of participating would be involved at all times as well. The rotating commanding officer would be more a ceremonial role that would focus on the administrative side. Meanwhile the more experienced officers in the groups of ships would oversee the actual operations. The rotating commanding officer would serve more to demonstrate equality in the force among its members.
- Fuel, ammunition and force management will be covered by IFTC, with funding to be paid by member states, based on the size of their economies updated once a year, and I am proposing a percentage of GDP for all member states.

And we have the following services and initiatives:

- 1 cruiser and 2 destroyers from Romextly
- A couple light capital ships for the trade routes, and cooperation among NAU general police services and foreign customs and maritime law enforcement services to combat piracy.

I'll also contribute forces. And for the percentage, it should likely be below 1% of GDP. For me, that would be over $66 Billion. But I doubt the IFTC budget would be much more than a few billion a year.

I also feel we should set an in character tech level. Preferably Modern Tech since that's what most of us play. We should all be in similar footing for anying In Character

I feel like we should have a dedicated thread for the MSF, for members to official declare their complement present (Via an application like Countesia just used in the Conference thread), anyone could alert to the threat of piracy on trade routes, and we could have an IC-ness related to the MSF
