*Carlamosk Luisa arrives to the Headquarter bulding of the ASP preparing a few chairs along with microphones and bottled water*

"Alright, in a few minutes the other members of the ASP should show up for our first meeting between all current members, but for now I should hurry up in preparing the meeting table and chairs for the other representatives, now that I think abour it, why was this place messy in the first place? eh whatever what matters is making a good first impression for the other members."

[Bengal and Assam]

Joshua Lai arrived at the Headquarters. "What a mess" he thought, "the pact may dissolve on it's first day due to the atmosphere given out by the room"
Seeing Carlamosk Luisa putting things in order, he went to her(<OOC: am I correct here?) and asked if he could help in any way

"Sure, could you move those empty cardboard boxes over there *points to a corner while picking up various papers* Honestly I don't know why it is this messy, it should have been ready by now, maybe some corrupt bureocrat or ministry that I might have to give the orders to investigate, but it should't be that hard to clean up"

[Bengal and Assam]

"We also have to set up chairs and tables after this." sighed Joshua Lai "I am sure that the person responsible just slacked off"

"I don't think so comrade, if that was the case someone would have been fired and that didn't happen"
*organizes some chairs in the form of a circle*
"I guess we should be able to disscuss plans of proper action soon"
