The Setting
The Umbrous Sector has "forever" been a lawless haven for criminals, traitors, warlords and private armies. Four months ago, a number of various imperialist, democratic, and humanitarian factions/Star Nations moved into the area to attempt to either conquer it, liberate it, deal with the pirate problem, and/or restore order. The Umbrous Sector and the Combined Warlord Fleets have seen some reduction in capabilities, but they are still capable of oppressing the region and pillaging neighboring "sectors" or areas. Despite that Star Nations have fallen to chaos, or pulled out of the area due to their own problems or the dangers, those still involved have finished "licking their wounds" and are ready to "finish what we started". This area, close to the center of Beta Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy, still remains bordering several wormholes that lead to other quadrants or even galaxies, and for those who call Beta home, the Umbrous Sector is a stragic crossroads between many important trading hubs and friendly or hostile regimes.
Beta Quadrent In General
This area of "Beta" more or less "lives in a cave" when it comes to awareness of what is going on in the rest of the Milky Way Galaxy. The neighbors of the Umbrous Sector are aware that most of Beta Quadrent used to be a place of "New Money", growth, expansion, and young civilizations; and then suddenly was a place of civil-war, poverty, and decay. Most of the galaxy believes that the pirate and refugee problem has mostly been resolved, but they appear unaware of all the struggles and glory deep within the heart of Beta, the part that is far away way from the edges, the core, and the boundaries of Beta Quadrant

This is a continuation of what happened in this RP. We were encouraged to write for the NPC factions if someone was late or unable to do so, and since they are no longer among us, I and others will continue to substitute for them.
