Jaime Musgo the Chairman and co-founder Trans-Sail Consulting stood at the podium in front of a collection of the engineering and construction industry's most powerful and influential leaders.
" Thank you all for coming today. as many of you already know I am Jaime Musgo, I am the Chairman of Trans-Sail Consulting which I co-founded with my business partner Pedro Salas more than 30yrs ago.
I am here today to announce the largest construction and infrastructure development project in the history of modern man. we plan to build a 2,520 square mile manmade island and a modern mega city go on it in the Platt Estuary between Argentina and Uruguay. independent consultants value the island construction phase of the project at G2.8T Gilders and project that this phase of the project will create some 40,000 new jobs. the island construction phase of the project is expected to take seven years. the consultants value the development phase of the project at a further G3.5T Gilders and project the need for some 70,000 workers to complete all of the work. with a total project value of G6.3T Gilders, and the need for more than 100,000 workers for at least the next 25yrs the greater economic impact of this project is truly incalculable.
we have already put to team of 13 of the world's leading engineering and construction firms and have committed G1.34T Gilders to this once in a life time project. we are hugely excited to get this project under way as well as to welcome new partners into the project as it continues to move through the planning phase and towards the start of construction."

Paul had just come from authorizing the wire transfer of MCS's G70B Gilders buy-in fee for the Doleman Island Project in Nahmeighn.
"Ok, ladies and gentleman the Doleman Island project is happening, we need to decide what part of the work we are going to bid on." Paul annunced
George Mills the Senior VP of Engineering for the Infrastructure Services Group started to speak,
"we have great success over the last decade building Metro systems and airports, so it stands to reason that we should bid and on one of the transportation infrastructure projects. I recommend that we bid to build all of the Metro stations. I had a team of estimators run some numbers and i think a bid of D36B dollars (G30B Gilders) is perfectly reasonable and competitive." George Stated
"I Like that idea, does anyone else have any ideas ?" Paul responded
" lets build the Airport, the project developers want a major international airport, i think we easily win the project with a bid of D60B." John Lucas the Infrastructure group's Chief Super-Attendant proposed.
after a lengthy debate it was decided to place a G50B Gilder bid to build the new international airport on Doleman Island an additional G15.5B Gilder bid was placed to build three Mass transit hubs on the Island.

The Finnian Group, Finnian headquarters, New Orleans Louisiana.
Patrick Moss stood in front of the heads of the various corporations involved with the Finnian groups Doleman island project. “ Ladies and Gentlemen, we need to submit our bid for the Doleman Island Project, as I understand it M&M wishes to bid for the actual construction of the island using a number of their dredges. M&M, Atlas, And Ranger solutions plan on constructing the port and other infrastructure project including possibly the airport. Moss industries wants to supply materials. And Stone Age parks wishes to open a new zoological park. Does that sound correct?”
Yeses followed the question.
“Marcus, how much space do you need for your park?” Asked Patrick.
“We will need around 10000 acres for habitat and 3000 more for Infrastructure and guest areas” replied Marcus Lathrop, prior to adding “ of course for safety and security we would like our facility separate on its own island. We will also build none related casinos, golf courses, And other tourist facilities, these would be separate from project Rex.”

ASEA Power Solutions
Vasteras, Sweden State, Kingdom of Nordland
ASEA Power Solutions is a leading provider of grid-scale energy storage solutions. the team at Whiteman Electric's Power and Infrastructure Division which is responsible for the Doleman Island Nuclear Power Generating Station had contacted the Special Projects Team at ASEA to discuss using ASEA’s thermal energy storage system on their reactors. ASEA has developed a system which uses large tanks of molten salts to store thermal energy. Up to this point ASEA had only ever used their system to recover energy from grid-scale solar plants both in the form of photovoltaic plants and solar trough plants such as the one built near Gila Bend, Arizona in the Finnian Republic.
The engineers from Whiteman were interested if the system could be adapted to recover waste heat from their reactors and steam powered turbogenerators. Thomas Holmquist was the engineer initially assigned the Whitman account. After spending nearly two weeks working on the project Thomas concluded that it would be possible to adapt to system to capture and store the waste heat from the reactors and turbogenerators. However he was not sure how much waste heat was actually produced and how hot the imputs would be which is critical information which he needed in order to accurately calculate the size and number of salt tanks that would be needed to store the requested amount of energy.
Thomas reached out to Alanzo Andrade a reactor systems thermal engineer at Whiteman Electric and Marko Almuus a thermo-chemical engineer at ASEA to work out the final details. They determined that to install enough energy to generate 1,200MW for 6hrs that each reactor unit in phase 1, would require 5 heat storage tanks. Each tank is 35ft high and 87ft in diameter. Each tank stores enough thermal energy to produce 40MWh of electricity. With each completed tank estimated to cost G265m gilders and the associated steam generators and plumbing estimated to cost a further G335m gilders per unit, the total price for this phase of the project is G9.96B gilders(K11.05B Kronor).

Vestas Energy – Grid Storage Division
Espoo, Finland State, Kingdom of Nordland
Gregor Jarvinen the chief engineering officer for the Grid Storage Division of the Nordic Energy giant Vestas Energy is sitting in a large beanbag chair in the corner of his large office surrounded by a team of young innovative engineers. At 32yrs old Gregor is young for a person in his position at Vestas. Gregor and his fellow engineer Elsa Lammi who serves as the division’s Chief Science Officer had each founded their own energy storage companies which where both looking to develop viable Grid-level battery based energy storage solutions. Both companies had developed their own Salt-Water Polymer Redox-flow battery technology and were in talks to merge the two companies when they were approached by Vestas who wanted to purchase both companies in order to create a new Grid Storage division. Elsa and Gregor each received large sums of money for their businesses as well as large block of stock in Vestas and high ranking positions within the new division.
Gregor and Elsa along with their team of hotshot engineers are busy putting together the final details for the single largest project the Grid Storage Division has ever untaken. The giant Nahmeighnian industrial conglomerate Whiteman Electric has approached the Vestas Grid Storage team about building out the battery-based portion off their GRrid-ENergy Storage(GRENS) Facility at the Doleman Island Nuclear Generation Station. The project calls for a total of 2,250MW or 13,500MWh of battery based storge to be installed in three equal phases. The plan for the first phase calls for 20, 37.5MW(225MWh) battery packs which are each comprised of 150, 250kW(1,500KWh) cells. The total cost of the batteries for the 1st phase is G346.2m gilders, the cost for the charging equipment is G274k gilders the electrical switching and discharging equipment is a further G544k gilders, the HVAC equipment for the building is an additional G1.3m gilders and finally the building to house all of the batteries and equipment is an additional G2.5m gilders. With overhead and profit figured in the contract for the first phase of the project is G431.8m gilders and a three phase total of G1.29B gilders(K1.43B Kronor).

Premier Gaming and Entertainment Group HQ
Surfers Paradise, Queensland State, New Anzakia
John Allister and Lauren Hamilton of Allister Hamilton Partners a large real estate development firm are sitting in the large well-appointed but cluttered office of Julian Ashbrook the founder and CEO of the Premier Gaming and Entertainment Group. Ashbrook’s Premier Gaming made its first splash with the Lookout Point Casino and Hotel, which it purchased for pennies on the dollar when its original developer went bankrupt with the project 70% complete. Premier Gaming purchased the project finishing the project just 7months behind schedule despite the project sitting idle for nearly 20months.
With the launch of the Doleman Island project in Nahmeighn John and Lauren saw an opportunity to make a huge splash by developing a new entertainment district on the island. Known as Cambridge Bay the district will be centered around a large canal and harbor along with a large secondary island. The district will have both private residences and hotels along with casinos, shopping and sports venues.
With the announcement that Nahmeighn’s Professional Rugby League(PRL) would be expanding in order to add not one but two new teams based on Doleman Island as well as two other new teams, Julian Ashbrook saw an opportunity to develop a large multiuse entertainment complex centered on a new rugby stadium.
Ultimately John and Lauren approached Julian about developing plans for a joint project. The joint project is truly epic being made up of 31 high rise towers 5 large casinos, 2.5m sq. ft. of convention center floor space, 2.5m sq. ft. of retail space, a 350birth yacht marina, and an 85k seat rugby stadium among many other features. All together the project has an estimated cost of G1.3T and expected to require more than 80,000 workers to complete.
