President Mustafa’s Cousin’s Birthday Party [Closed/READ OP]

Mustafa adjusts his suit while he watches in annoyance as his cousin Bashir Sadiq affixes his alasho (Hausa/Tuareg turban) and pesters Mustafa by repeatedly asking what presents he got.

Protests are still occurring around the city between Communist demonstrators and anti-Communist protestors. Mustafa dreads that he might be forced to roll in his already stretched out military.

Everyone in the Presidential Palace prepares to receive the guests and take them to their rooms as the servants continue to prepare for Bashir’s party.

“Oh yeah,” Mustafa says. “You’re good.”

[Mosarat]

The Sultan’s plane takes off from the Royal Airport in Tasir. Crowds gathered around the fence to get a look at the Sultan and his wife the Sultana. The airplane takes off from the airport. Hopefully an international or could it be a called international event. After all Mosarat did not exist in Insaanistan’s world. But a warp in time has caused the two worlds to meet. The New Carthagean royal wedding ended in disaster. Hopefully the first trips that the countries from Jamesia will take will not result in disaster. The Sultan looked out the window. The endless desert met parallel to the Occidental Sea If the calculations were correct the warp in time will transport them into the world they were supposed to be in. The warp should be up ahead. After a few minutes the plane was transported to Insaanistan’s world. Then it would be a few more hours before they landed.
“Your majesty.” One of the aides told the Sultan. We are in their world now. “Ah yes good, the warp worked. I wasn’t quite sure if the Jamesians were telling the truth of the Warp in time.” It was surprising Mosarat and not say Wong Kong or Segada is the one who is making this sojourn to this world. The plane continued on its way.

Marjik zipped up the last suitcase, and let out a long sigh. Why, with all the servants in the household he could ever want, must HE be the one to pack everyone's suitcases?

He walked down the grand staircase into the entryway, ordained with massive marble pillars and solid gold picture frames that adorned the opposite wall. He walked outside into the bright, warm Skopje sun. They were set to travel to Arabia, to attend a sultan's cousin's wedding. However they got invited, it'd be rude to turn them down. After all, good things come to those who do good things? Whatever the reason of their travel, Marjik was excited to get out of the COVID-stricken city center. They could no longer hide away in their hillside cabin, so it'd be good to get away for a while. Maria came running down the stairs, loading more bags into the countless array of Chevy Suburbans parked outside. Not long after, their son Marjik II came over, as he would be tending to the manor while they were away. They greeted with kisses and hugs, and just like that they were whisked into their Rolls Royce. They drove through the streets of Skopje, and out to the Presidential Airfield. They boarded their private jet and began their route toward Mustafa's palace.

Meanwhile in Belgrade...

President Abu Jamal’s triplet 8 year old cousins arrive at the palace for the birthday.

“Cousin Mustafa!” they yell as they rush over to him. “Michael, Hattie, and Bella! I missed you guys!” he says as they tackle him to the ground.
“Okay,” says their father, John. “Leave your cousin alone, kids.”
Mustafa gets up and shakes his hand and hugs him
“Toyo tan?” He says in Gâ. How are you?
“Iyojoba!” replies John. I’m fine. “Meyfeyo toyo tan?”
“Iyojoba.” says Mustafa.
“The only Gâ you ever learned!” said John.
“No,” said Mustafa. “I also learned shito (pepper) and ‘Machabo back five minutes!’ (I’ll call you back in five minutes)”
They laugh together.
“Where is Bashir?” asks John.
“Down the hall to the left.” replies Mustafa, as John walks to see him.

Sofia arrives in Muslimbol with her guards and enters the palace looking for Mustafa or any of the other guests.

The Sultan’s plane lands in Muslimbol. “So this is Muslimbol.” The Sultan said. This is the first time he had traveled to another universe. But he had a nagging premonition, that something terrible would happen. But what exactly. He exited the plane with his wife and guards. Crowds of Insaanistanis were cheering. “ We have just set foot here and they are already cheering us.” The Sultana said. That got into the limo waiting for them. Soon the motorcade parade will be underway. That premonition was soon cast out of his mind. It is just a birthday party he thought. But yet again New Carthagea was a just a wedding and John Ross of Macronesia caused a war. If anything were to happen the guards would take care of it. Or in case of the Jamesian they will simply be teleported back to their world. “Remind me to ask Mustafa about the parade we will have while we are here.” The Sultana said. The Sultan nodded.

Meanwhile, in a café called “Bayt Qahwa Khalid” in Muslimbol, some nationalists gather to complain about the Commmunists.
But these aren’t ordinary nationalists.
They are “Islamist” Arab nationalists.
And they are angry at Mustafa.

“What?” said another named Mahmud.
“Foreigners are being hosted in the Presidential Palace by our so-called president for his cousin’s birthday coming up!”
“Are you serious?!” asked another named Ābdullah.
“Oh, yes!” said Salim. “The audacity!”
“And while Communists riot in our streets! Mustafa is a Democratic-Socialist... he might be in league with them!” cried Nuruddin.
“That’s it!” said Mahmud. “We are going to kick those commies off our streets.”
“Then...” said Salim. “We will remove the King Communist from his throne!”
“Grab whatever you can!” said Ahmad “Sticks, clubs, even guns!”
“It’s time we purified our nation.” said Ābdul-Ghaffar.
“No longer will we be Insaanistan or Ard an-Nas (both mean “Land of People”).” said Nabi. “Rather, we shall be Ard al-Ārab! (Land of the Arabs)

Marjik and Maria stepped off the jet and onto the tarmac. All around them was the city of Muslimbol. From buildings made of compacted sand, to a few large skyscrapers off in the distance, they could definitely see farther then they ever could back home. Another jet landed, carrying their baggage. As soon as they stepped off the stairs, a flurry of media, both Serbo-Macedonian and foreign, began bombarding them with microphones and cameras.

Marjik ignored them, pulling himself and his wife past the crowd and into their limousine. A few moments later, their Switzcoon, Ruffles, was brought to the car. He had traveled to Muslimbol on his own private jet.
Their limo traveled through the dusty, bustling streets of Muslimbol. They pulled up to a large, grassy and forest-y area with no buildings on it. They turned in, and drove down a long, private road. They turned a corner, and the massive palace was revealed. They disembarked from their limousine, and walked up to the main entrance. They shook hands with several people that were there, and arrived at the main gate....

Insaani guards rush and open the door for Navanyovich and Maria. “Come in.” they say. “President Mustafa is waiting for you.” Mustafa meets them in a hall. “Welcome!” he says. “So nice of you to join us. Please,” he says, motioning with his hands, “right this way.”

Insaani guards rush and open the door for Navanyovich and Maria. “Come in.” they say. “President Mustafa is waiting for you.” Mustafa meets them in a hall. “Welcome!” he says. “So nice of you to join us. Please,” he says, motioning with his hands, “right this way.”

"Of course, you've a wonderful palace."

He followed the President.

The Limo pulled up to Mustafa’s Mansion. A mansion full of green shrubbery in a sea of sand. The city of Islambol reminded the Sultan of Tasir. All this city was missing was the Cubes of Tasir. An everlasting reminder of the great civilization of Ancient Mosarat. Which modern Mosarat will achieve someday under the Hashem Dynasty. But that would have to wait.

The unease of being a strange and unfamiliar world consumed him. Also the horrible premonition of what he felt was to come. On the way to there he had a horrible dream. The city of Islambol was set on fire. Everything burning around him. The sky turned orange the sand dust all around him stinging him. The shouts of revolutionaries denouncing Mustafa and the calls for his immediate destruction. Soon charred and blackened stars fell upon the ground setting off explosions everywhere. The revolutionaries were made of flames. Then he was at the Mansion where he is currently standing and the mansion like the city was aflame. Then he saw Mustafa and he was on fire screaming in pain. All the while speaking in tongues. From what he could make out he was screaming out praises to the Ancient god of fire Amun Ra. Then the entire room then collapsed and he woke up.

That dream gnawed at him since then. Dreams of his host on fire while revolutionaries screaming his immediate destruction. It had to mean something. Somehow the knowledge of Ra transcended both worlds and Mustafa was screaming praises to him.
At that moment his host appeared. “ Good afternoon, your majesty and your lovely wife Nevine.” Mustafa said. The two leaders shook hands and the host kissed Nevine’s hand.

Marjik waited with Mustafa while several other guests arrived, one he recognized as Swiss president Bodie.

"Hahah, yeah. Figured it'd be kind of mean to leave him home without us."

He paused for a moment.

"It's a wonder the press hasn't jumped on us for not wearing masks and such yet..."
