The NFL is nowhere near as bad. The thing is in the NBA, you can now stand near Harden and it not get called. That's not how it used to be and I don't like it.

I'm not sure how SVG is going to do in New Orleans. We'll see this season, but if things don't go well, I expect him to not last long.

Eh, probably not considering how long Gentry lasted and SVG is much more established and respected as a coach. Though maybe the Pelicans learned from the Anthony Davis situation that they need to rock the boat a bit more to appease their stars. Pelicans are a really interesting team right now though, on defense they got two really good defenders in Jrue and Lonzo, two above-average defenders in Ingram and Favors, and Zion who has potential to be elite on that end. On offense this teams more questionable, we know Jrue, Ingram, and Zion are great but Lonzos been pretty inconsistent though his shooting has greatly improved since his Laker days. What the Pels really need is a stretch 5 to really compliment Zion's interior playstyle. Or just put Zion at the 5 since stretch 4's are much easier to find. Maybe the Pels can do what the Warriors did and have a cast of average bigman who perform different roles, and play Zion at center at the end of close games.

Has anyone played Basketball GM? Its a great game that deserves more attention than it has now. It is always getting updated, the game is mod-friendly and custom rosters and draft classes can be created. Not only that but you can a historical leauge at any point in the season. Want to save the 03 Magic from collasping against the Pistons? You can. And the best part is that you change how realistic player development is. By default the game does semi-random progression, meaning Greg Oden could be a HOF in your leauge... or he could be Greg Oden. And really cool thing is you can simulate entire decades using 100% real player progression and Spectator Mode. Another great feature is the Challenge Modes, which range from no visible ratings( which is way harder than you think) to the abosulte hell that is having your best player retire at the end of every season. And if customization is your thing, then the God Mode suite is your thing. Combined with advanced stat-tracking and realistic owner expectations, it's engough to keep you engaged without playing games.

No logical reason for Houston to trade him there, they get jack and shit. Unless all 3 of them get injured the picks aren't going to be lotto picks.

The only fair return would be Durant and a 1st for Harden. Should send him to the Hornets, Knicks, or Cavs in exchange for more 1sts and their best player.

Anyone else doubt Wiseman is gonna be on the Warriors when the season starts? Idk just doesn't seem like a good player for the Warriors when they already got Marquess Chriss and Kevon Looney who will probably be about as useful as Wiseman his in his first year due to the slow development of 5's. Personally I think they're gonna trade him for some guard or wing depth and/or future draft assets. Heard about the Warriors trading pick 2 to Chicago for WCJ and their 4th pick, sucks to see that trade didn't go through cause you get a great center and more back court depth in that scenario.
