With political division in Trenaka growing, following the government being essentially shut down as the Senate is split evenly between opposing coalitions, as well as riots and protests following several controversial decisions, Trenaka has been plunged into a civil war following the Trenaka First political party causing an uprising in Freiburg. The rebels have taken large amounts of Western Trenaka, and have some military support. King Wilhelm IV has declared that all Trenaka First politicians have committed treason, and had them arrested. The Senate is now united in saying that the rebellion must be put down.

THE BATTLE OF STUTTGART

The rebel troops would arrive in Stuttgart, led by their tanks. Those tanks, however, would soon be picked off by Trenakan tanks, but the rebels would charge forward. The rebels would lose 1000 men just from the charge as they ran to try to take the city. The rebel Air Force above the city would be torn to shreds by the Swiss and Trenakan fighters, allowing the planes to target enemy troops. The rebels would lose another 2,500 troops just because of the planes. The battle would rage for hours, and with more Trenakan troops arriving, the rebels would retreat, and the city would hold.

LOSSES:

Trenakan Army: 1,562 troops, 2 tanks
Trenakan Royal Air Force: 40 planes, 80 pilots

Rebel Army: 4,500 troops, 2 tanks
Rebel Air Force: 100 planes, 200 pilots.

CAPTURED:
792 Rebel troops

OUTCOME: Trenakan Victory

The cause of the revolution was the Trenaka First party, who wanted to establish a military dictatorship following weeks of government inability, due to the Senate being split evenly between two coalitions of conflicting interests. The leaders of the Trenaka First party issued a statement to their voters encouraging them to revolt against the government, and they did so, with multiple uprisings with some military support in the west of Trenaka.
