As stated before by Dreadton in the TNP RMB: Neither will pass since there was no drafting process on NS forums nor do they meet the SC standards.

Since I imagine both of these will fail, I'll suggest the following:
- Submit both of these to their respective forums as drafts.
- Ensure they're legal.

Same as before. A lot of people have over 3 billion Pop and over 100 Legendary Trading Cards.

Must disagree about the legality Jakker - the proposal specifically mentions roleplays. And that’s a no-no.

I imagine it's a real life thing since you can only have one WA member nation at a time. Perhaps he and Bormiar share an IP address or some such.

Somehow I doubt that. And I don’t think the OP had much of a drawing board in the first place.
